I have a single room to offer in my house in Coolock, Dublin. You will have exclusive use of your own en-suite bathroom with central heating.
Access is through the front door and guests are provided with a key to come and go as they please.
The room has a desk with chair & a full wardrobe, and it is facing the back garden. You are welcome to use the kitchen and all the spaces in common. We have 2 more rooms in the house to welcome guests.
The house is 10-15 minutes drive from Dublin Airport and 20 minutes drive to the City Centre approx. 7.7 km distance.
I have welcomed and hosted guests into my home of all nationalities and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, toaster, microwave and dining table are available in the kitchen. You are free to cook your own food.
I offer FREE light breakfast (cereal, milk, bread, jam, butter, tea & coffee) till 10 AM.
Towels, soap, shampoo and toilet rolls are provided.
You have access to sitting room, kitchen, utility room and rear garden.
Other things to note
Please note that some previous guests who have very light sleep mentioned that they hear a tiny noise from the boiler.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and help yourself, but after you finish to use the kitchen you will have to clean your dishes and the common areas you used.
No parties, or loud noise after 11 PM.
No guest visitors please.
The house is non-smoking however there is a smoking area in the garden.
We do not enter with shoes inside the house for hygiene so please leave your shoes at the entrance hall and wear a flip-flop or socks with no problem!
Absolutely no eating or drinking (alcohol) in the room you have booked to stay in. You can have your meals in the kitchen.
Check-in is after 2PM
Guests can decide the level of interaction. We also provide a Welcome pack in the room that you can find all necessary information you may require during your stay. It includes restaurants around, how to get to city center, how to order a taxi, what to see in Dublin and more...
