Our our warm, bright, comfortably appointed studios come with full-function kitchenettes, work areas and HS internet and are centrally located above a 1920’s Ford car dealership, under renovation as a crafts & antique store, on rustic 3rd. Avenue.

Note: State taxes of 6% and county taxes of 6% are included in the price. Neither tax is charged for reservations of one month or more.

The space

Rather than offering breakfast we provide equipped kitchenettes and cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper so that you can fix your own meals. Local grocery stores are close by to supply just about anything you need.

Guest access

Guests occupy the full studio apartment. If a second bedroom is booked that area will be opened as well.

Interaction with guests

Terry or I will be on site to help you with anything you need. Don't hesitate to ask. We'll be here to make sure you're settled in comfortably. If we happen to be out during your stay, you'll have our telephone numbers 24-7.

Mark was very available in case their were issues- thankfully there really weren't any issues, and he was flexible with check in/check out depending upon whether others needed the room. The studio was clean and had the necessities- including pots and pans. There is no central air, but the window unit was pretty effective for the space. It's a pretty quiet town in the evening, so probably a relaxing stay if you're just looking for a weekend away. It was close (walking distance) to the cute places in Hinton: I recommend the Market and the water slide (if you have kids- it is literally one water slide, just FYI). The Chestnut Revival was cute as well- didn't eat there, but I got an excellent cappuccino. We will likely stay there again, as we have family that live in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Hinton is a nice little town with beautiful rivers & mountains. The studio was very nice. Comfortable bed. & everything we needed. Mark was a great host and very helpful.

Response from Terry:
Our apologies for not updating the number of beds with the unit. We listed the planned layout but forgot to update it. We will have two beds in Studio 1 soon but in the mean time have updated the listing to the current status - 1 Queen.

Host was very kind and responsive to all our needs. Mark was able to give us recommendations for restaurants in the area. We also got the pleasure to meet the owner of the building/ Airbnb Terry. He also was very responsive to all our needs and told us some of the history of the town.
