Much loved family Cornish holiday home situated in a peaceful, private road with wonderful views. Short walk to Trevose Golf Club with its three courses, swimming pool and tennis courts. 10 minute walk to some of the best beaches in the world.
Excellent holiday house at any time of the year situated on a private road in Constantine Bay (famous for its beaches and surfing) with sea views of the spectacular Atlantic coast. A safe 4 minute walk to the championship golf course at Trevose (which also has two other courses, tennis and swimming pool - ideal for young families) and a further 6 minutes to the sand dunes and a choice of wonderful beaches. There is an excellent food shop in the village and good food, other shopping and eating out in nearby Padstow.
The centrally heated house with polished wooden floors is comfortably furnished with Heals sofas, Baxi Cornish slate open fireplace in the sitting room plus an attractive dining room and is either ideal for a couple or a group. The layout of the downstairs works particularly well with a well proportioned sunny sitting room leading out to the terrace. The living areas are linked but can be separated. The furnishings are good quality and have a beachy seaside feel.
The downstairs is all on one level which may suit some people very well (two downstairs bedrooms, both en-suite). Some nice pictures on the walls. Good selection of indoor games for all ages and plenty of books to read or browse including a section on Cornwall and its history. For musicians the piano is quite a good upright and is at one end of the sitting room. The dining room (between the kitchen and the sitting room) though small is bright and airy and a pleasant space for enjoying the light and the magical sunsets.
French windows from the sitting room lead out to a south facing slate terrace and attractive sunny garden. The south garden is attractively foliaged. Ample off-road parking and ease of access.
Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs; 1 double bedroom e/s wetroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room, and WC downstairs.

Other things to note
Heating: Oil central heating with radiators in every room.
Dining room: ideal for 6 or 8 persons. 10 is possible but a bit of a squeeze. Dining room is a useful adjunct to the spacious sitting room. Table on terrace can accommodate 8 comfortably. 10 at a squeeze.
Parking: There is parking for 2 to 3 cars in the private drive serving the property and for a further 3 cars on the private road.
Outside: Attractive front garden with hydrangeas and other flowering plants to the side of the private drive; On the south side there is a lovely Cornish slate terrace with outside eating table and large umbrella, chairs (cushions provided!), deck chairs and barbeque. Gently sloping garden (suitable for badminton, garden tennis, children's cricket etc) with hydrangeas, fushias, attractive trees and bushes at the bottom of the garden. This main garden area is fenced off so is safe for dogs and small children.
Utility Room: Freezer, second larder fridge, tumble dryer and heated clothes towel rail. Useful area for wet clothes and storing cases of wine etc.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We provide linen (except we are not able to provide towels) at no extra cost.
Other: The locked store adjacent to the house can be used for storing bikes, golf clubs, surfing boards, beach toys etc.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
Well behaved pets are allowed, provided we have prior notice.
Maximum number of guests including children but not including babies is 9 persons plus 1 baby. There is a cot in Bed 2.
