Hello. We live inside a coffee plantation, the house is furnished, 1-2 car garage, and it is perfect if you want.
•An area with local shops, bars and good restaurants.
•For seasonal rent or long term.
•Close location from/to the airport (15-20 minutes).
•Shuttle service available, ask if need, price not included in rent fare.
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, water, Cable TV, Internet, house cleaning (first 3 days), garbage (not organic), clothes cleaning (negotiable), and house & yard maintenance.

Public access, password required.
Shower (over bath). Help yourself to shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. I provide two fresh bath towels in each bedroom.
There's a shared garden if you like to relax outdoors.
Santa Bárbara has a park with a newly children's games area, restaurants, ATMs, supermarkets stores, bus stops nearby and places to visit if you like coffee and plants.
Close to public transport access and proximity to the cities of Alajuela, Heredia and San José.
The house has an internal security alarm and we’ll share the same main gate. Santa Bárbara has a lower crime rate.
Well behaved pets are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT at the cost of $35 per pet.
We don't own any pets, but the house it’s in a coffee plantation, so cats, dogs and other animals will come by occasionally. Please ask if this is a concern.

Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents.

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Send me a message first to double check availability and tell me a little about your visit to Costa Rica AND if you do not have any previous Airbnb reviews, please
- complete your profile with a picture, and some bio information
- add a verified phone number
- connect to your (social media) account if you have one.
I take bookings up to maximum of 7 days in advance. You may book from 2 nights to a maximum of 5 years stay 1-4 guests. If you have any questions at all, please contact me and I'll reply within 24 hours. I have directions for travel from the Airport and Important Information I can send to you easily, after booking; just ask.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Check-in is anytime after 12 midday. Check-out is anytime before 11am.
Visitors is acceptable, any damage to the house or property will be an extra charge to the guest. I request that there are no visitors from midnight through to 5am.
This is a non-smoking house. We are not smokers. Smokers can use the front entrance (with window’s room closed) garage, or the shared garden.
Our phone is only available for emergency or special use.

Hello, we are a family that live in a coffee plantation and we reconstructed this house for people who like to travel, study, work or need some comfortable place near to the SJO airport.
As host, we like to be funny, warm, and polite. Also we like to be an advisor host and help the guest to adapt quickly to our culture or help in the guest´s itinerary.
