The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Lehetőség van kávézni, teázni és főzni is. A vasútállomás 5 perc sétára, árkád 500 méterre, a belváros 5-10 perc sétára található az apartmantól. It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
