Apartment holiday rentals in Romford

Nice and cosy apartment and well equipped :) The room is not that big but perfect for two people, even for a longer stay, and it has a nice view over the gardens, with many cats strolling around!! The area is perfect for a longer stay as there are many nice restaurants and cafes with a lovely park nearby. Sometimes we had to travel a little bit to do some sightseeing but lots of buses/underground/overground options within 15min walk! Also Åsa is very kind, even though we didn’t meet (the room is quite private even when the entrance is shared 🙂). Really recommended!!

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

Ich habe eine fantastische Woche in Michelles Unterkunft verbracht. Die Beschreibung stimmt komplett überein, die Lage ist sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing in London. Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und einige nette Pubs fussläufig. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

I really loved my stay here. A beautiful location, peaceful and private, but also closed to all of Hampstead Heath and the underground station. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly was described. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!! Dan was a perfect host.

Emmanuel was such a great host. The communication went very smoothly. He was very responsive, kind, flexible and easygoing. The location was great as it was very close to public transportation. Based on the description, there were no surprises. I can only recommend Emmanuel’s place.

The home was spotless 🧼, very well equipped 🍽️, and truly felt like a home away from home. 🏡 Excellent value for money too 💰—you get so much more than what you pay for. Highly recommended! Thank you Vlad! We had an amazing weekend in London. Vlad’s apartment is beautiful, everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It is better than described and the views are great! We don’t hesitate in recommending Vlad’s apartment. The transport links into central London are brilliant with the DLR station right opposite the apartment building (giving easy access to the tube) and the uber boat dock just over the other side of the river that can be reached by the cable car (this was our favourite way to travel and see London from the Thames!). Vlad’s apartment was the perfect place for us to stay to explore London during the day and to get away from the crowds in the evening and see a show at the O2. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a Tesco express. We will definitely be back - thank you again Vlad - you are a great host!

A superb place to stay in the greater London area. We spent a couple of days here including NYE. The apartment is conveniently located, though in a quiet part of London. Public transport is within walking distance (short bus ride to North Greenwich station). Check-in was easy. Though we didn't get to meet Filip in person, he responded very quickly to additional questions. Everything you need is available in the flat. we would definitely stay here again when we visit London.

I had a wonderful stay. There were a lot of amenities, location was good and convenient and instructions + details were all very helpful during my stay. Craig was also very responsive during my time :)

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

My sister and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t be happier. The place is spacious enough for two, it’s clean and in a quiet area. Public transportation is nearby as well as grocery stores. It was really easy to get to the city centre. We were met and welcomed with warmth and we felt safe throughout our stay. The communication was also great. I can recommmend their place with ease! David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

I had a great time at Leon’s place. The features and facilities met expectations. I love the living room and kitchen the most. The veranda view was great, I liked that I could see the street and road without the noise. Access to the apartment was easy and safe. Leon was a good host and very helpful all through. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

The flat is very cozy and the location is perfect. The flat is located in a nice house where the host lives as well and it has everything that you need for a short 2-person stay in London. It's not exactly downtown London, but the area is beautiful and it's easy to get into town from nearby stations. I would actually argue that there is no need to go to central London because the Peckham / New Cross / Nunhead - area in South London is worth a visit. Stephanie was very welcoming and nice and gave us some good recommendations to explore the area. Practical stuff: - The kitchen is small and basic, which is totally fine for a short stay. - Make sure to find the right door when arriving to the flat.

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

The place is clean and very bright. The location is a short walk to Angel or Shoreditch. I’d highly recommend it.

Jesteśmy naprawdę bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym apartamencie . Jest przytulny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony dzięki czemu można się poczuć jak w domu. Widok z balkonu jest spektakularny ! Już tylko dla samego widoku warto wybrać to miejsce . Mieszkanie znajduje się w bezpiecznej okolicy. W pobliżu jest kilka dobrych sklepów spożywczych i restauracji. Kontakt z gospodarzem fantastyczny ! Szybko odpowiada na wszystkie pytania, jest bardzo przyjazny. Szczerze polecam wybór tego apartamentu ! Jestem pewna, że nikt nie będzie zawiedziony.

Very nice, cosy, and comfortable place near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Plenty of walkable locations; the place is quiet despite its location, and it really feels like home. Going to my favourite places to stay in London.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

Noah, the host, was truly wonderful. From our initial communication, she was kind and attentive, and during our stay, whenever any issues arose, she responded promptly and sincerely. She is without a doubt a Superhost. Although we experienced a few challenges—such as being unable to enter at check-in because my name was missing from the list, some areas where cleaning was insufficient, and having to walk from the 26th floor to the ground floor when the elevator broke down—Noah handled everything swiftly and with great care, and all was resolved. I’m sure everything has been improved for future guests, and the environment will be even better. The apartment was spacious and just like the photos. The nearby supermarket had a better selection than we expected, which was very convenient. The Jubilee line station was closer than we thought, making it easy to get anywhere. We had a very comfortable stay.
