Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Το παραδοσιακό πέτρινο εξοχικό σπίτι βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά πάνω στην πλατεία ενός όμορφου μικρού γραφικού χωριού, στο Πετροχώρι. Έχει αυλή με κήπο και ιδιωτικό άνετο πάρκινγκ. Είναι ιδανικό για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια ή τετραμελή παρέα φίλων για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. Οι κοντινές παραλίες έχουν όμορφη καθαρή άμμο και διάφανα νερά. Η πρόσβαση στις παραλίες μπορεί να γίνει και με τα πόδια σαν περίπατος. Αμμόλοφοι -10 λεπτά / 640 μέτρα. Βοιδοκοιλιά - 24 λεπτά /1,9 χιλιόμετρο.

Πρόκειται για μια σουίτα επισκεπτών (22τμ), 150μ από την θάλασσα, χώρος ανεξάρτητος από την υπόλοιπη μονοκατοικία, με χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλη αυλή (συνήθως έχει γκαζον),καρέκλες και ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Olive Grove House

The place is part of a two house building. On the upper house you will find the owners of the farm (our parents) and the lower house is the one that will be available for the entirety of your stay. Each house has a separate entrance and the courtyard is available to everyone. There is ample parking space as the house is located within an olive grove.

The house is located on top of the sea, with a unique view of the Messinian bay and unforgettable sunsets. It gives you the feeling that you are on board of a ship. You can enjoy the big garden as well as the rest of the space, which is designed to provide comfort and relaxation in your vacation. The sea is a walking distance from the house (5min)
