Juris’ place exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place - we had plenty space and while Juris was not there he was incredibly helpful by phone / connecting us to people who could help us with several transport needs. His assistant was there and also super helpful.

If you're looking for peace, privacy, and space, this place is perfect. Tucked away in nature, it feels completely hidden. The house is spacious and absolutely silent, just birds and the breeze. The beach nearby is wide and beautiful, and we didn’t see another soul the whole time, making it feel almost completely private. Ideal for anyone who values quiet and seclusion. Šī vieta pārspēja cerības pēc tā ko var redzēt fotogrāfijās, jo dzīvē bija pieejama pirts uz ezera, airu laiva, kā arī vannas istaba ar dušu. Māja ļoti omulīga un gaumīga. Ezers pārsteidzoši kluss. Noteikti gribētu vēlreiz atgriezties.

Wenn man die Ruhe sucht ein tolles sehr großes Haus umgeben von Wäldern und Wiesen. Wir wurden von Anitas Mutter herzlich empfangen und bekamen alles erklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Das Grundstück ist schön groß. Die Kommunikation mit Anita war immer sehr freundlich und sie hat schnell reagiert. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft 👍

Place in the center of Talsi with private parking space, which is very helpful when there is some event in city. Hosts even made rooms warmer, bevause we were with child. Very warm gesture.

Ļoti jauks, sakopts īpašums klusā vietā. Plaša piemājas teritorija. Māja ļoti tīra, kārtīga, ar visu nepieciešamo labai atpūtai. Ērta vannas istaba, ērtas gultas, laba virtuves iekārta, kā arī mājīga atpūtas zona. Mājas saimnieks atsaucīgs un laipns. Ierašanās dienā atsūtītās instrukcijas bija skaidras un saprotamas, tāpēc uzturēšanās laikā neradās praktiski nekādi papildus jautājumi. Labprāt agriezīsimies. Paldies!

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Gipka ist ein kleines ruhiges Dorf mit einen Einkaufladen der ein Grundsortiment im Angebot hat. Den Strand hat man für sich fast alleine zum baden und spazieren gehen. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilft einen wo sie kann. Toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Mājīgs dzīvoklis ar patīkamu dizainu, ko bildēs nevar tik labi sajust. Daudz mazas lietiņas, kuras var tevi izglābt, ja nav paķērušās līdzi - zobupasta, dušas želeja, lietussargs, nagu knaiblītes utt.

Tieši tas, kas mums bija nepieciešams. Garas brīvdienas bez steigas un ikdienas darbu burzmas. Televizora vietā pasakains skats aiz logiem (jā, arī stirniņu redzējām). Izbraucām ar pieejamamiem riteņiem un spēlējām galda spēles. Un, protams, jūra. Viss, kas brivienām nepieciešams. Skaisti trauki, skaists tekstils un protams pati māja. Paldies!

Milda ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen, mit einer sehr liebevollen Renovierung aller Innenräume; die Räume sind entsprechend den Bildern großzügig, der Blick in den Garten mit Schaukel, ein Traum. Die direkt angrenzende Durchgangsstraße ist nachts wenig befahren, tagsüber waren wir viel unterwegs. Die Ausstattung ist entsprechend der Beschreibung. Vēlos izteikt sirsnīgu pateicību mājokļa saimniekiem par sapratni un viesmīlību. Naktsmītne atradās skaistā, klusā dabas ieskautā vietā un bija pilnībā aprīkota visam nepieciešamajam. Īpaši novērtēju saimnieku atsaucību un laipnību. Mājoklis bija izcili sakopts, kārtīgs un mājīgs – patiešām patīkama un mierpilna vide. Esmu ļoti priecīgs, ka izvēlējos šo vietu, un noteikti iesaku to arī citiem.

Lieliska vietiņa, kur pavadīt laiku tuvu pilsētiņas centriņam, 20min pastaiga līdz jūrai. Skaista detaļas un dabas veltes interjerā. Izmantojām gan baļļu, gan pirti. Ļoti jauka nojume, lai ārā pavadītu laiku - šūpoles un atpūtas krēsli. Vislielākā vērtība - brīnišķīgā saimniece ar ar sirdssiltu atsaucību un sanbernāra meitene Dafne 😍 uz tikšanos nākotnē!

Das Haus von Ilga und Guntis ist definitiv eine Entdeckung und wirklich die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher hatten. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und geschmackvoll im Skandi- und Industrialstil eingerichtet. Nichts ist zu viel und alles passt so wunderbar zusammen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und dabei keine Kosten gescheut. Ilga hat uns mit ihren beiden süßen Hunden gleich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Und das auch noch in Deutsch. Schokolade und Blumen standen auch bereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, sodass wir auch den leckeren Bäcker gefunden haben. Wir konnten auch die extra zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder nutzen. Auch Grillen wäre möglich gewesen. Es war auch kein Problem noch eine zusätzliche Bettdecke zu bekommen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und wir waren fast allein. Die Schaukel mit dem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. Und diese Ruhe. Großartig. Kommunikation toll. Vielen Dank an Ilga. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Amazing place for relaxation and observing surrounding nature (forest, sea, birds). Located close to the forest, Inese’s house is nearby, quite big area with green grass. Inese is such a hospitable person, she gave me fresh chicken eggs (no cholesterol), her husband does fishing and brought me freshly smoked perch, it was so tasty! I’ve chosen this location to relax alone with my small dog, and the house is well equipped, excellent water flow, clean room, WiFi, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend it for one or two persons.

Highly recommend! Really nice place to enjoy your weekend or vacation. Local shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. Beautiful nature around. And super friendly and cool hosts. Total bonus were their friendly pets - dog and cat❤️ We will totally return there!

Whether you planning a getaway with your hubby, vacation with kids, short workation or gathering of best friends - this is the best place. Private, quiet, well equipped. Whirlpool and a small pool outside definitely is a big plus. Colorful rugs all over the house add playfulness. It’s well located - away from the busiest street of Engure village, but everything is reachable within few minutes (beach, very popular bakery, grocery store or cafeteria/restaurant). Lots of things to see around - Engure lake nature park, Cinevilla studio. Host is very responsive, communication was smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and got back well rested - thank you!
