Wir waren 5 Nächte bei Dimitris zu Gast und freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Besuch bei ihm. Der Check in mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Mutter hat uns sogar einen Braten mit Gemüse, zum Ankommen gemacht. ❤️ Die Villa ist traumhaft schön, mit viel Platz und allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und eine Waschmaschine konnten wir auch nutzen. Zum Meer sind es nur 3 Gehminuten, wo man allerlei Bars und Restaurants findet. Dimitris und seine Familie betreiben dort auch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Das Essen war mehr als lecker. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean an tidy. Overall the location is nice for easy access to the places near by.

Мы были на период Карнавала, когда цены в два или три раза вырастают. Приехали в 10:30, получили ключи и поехали на карнавал. Вернулись поздно, но никому не мешали. Остались на 2 ночи. Не хватало инструкций по использованию дома. Например, как включать обогрев воды, пароль WI-FI и пришлось тревожить хозяйку очень поздно. Нам было неловко. Удобно, что в салоне диван раскладывается и делается двуспальная кровать. Хорошая квартирная изоляция. Просторный балкон и все необходимое для самостоятельного ухода за домом. На второй день долго не могли разжечь камин, дрова были свежие. И жалко, что не было кофеварки. Зато утюг и мощный фен. Потом от знакомых узнали, что на этом побережье очень хорошие таверны с морепродуктами, но было поздно... До Патры доезжать можно по бесплатной дороге 15-20 мин. Нам понравилось.

Πολυ καλό σπίτι, είχε οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι. Πάρα πολύ ευγενικός και προσχαρος ο ιδιοκτήτης, ήρθε από μόνος του και μας οδήγησε στο σπίτι. Το μόνο αρνητικό που βρήκαμε είναι ότι το Wifi δεν ήταν καθόλου σταθερό και επισης δεν έχει σήμα/δεδομένα λόγω τοποθεσιας. Παρ'αυτα το σπίτι ειναι αριστο, σε υπερβολικά καλή τιμή, 20-25 λεπτά από την Πάτρα και όποιος δεν έχει θέμα με την τοποθεσία θα μείνει ικανοποιημένος.

5 adultes+2 enfants 2 et4 ans, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe maison, propre et très lumineuse. Arrivés à 12 PM, nous avons été accueillis avec des fruits et du vin par Yannis. Nous avions son contact direct en cas de besoin. La villa a 4 ch spacieuses avec 3 sdb/toilettes dont 1 en rdc. La plus grande a vue sur le golfe. Petit détail, apportez gel douche et shampoing. Il y a plusieurs terrasses dont une sur le toit pour les lever-coucher de soleil, un jardin et une plage privée juste de l'autre côté de la rue. La villa est très bien équipée, serviettes, kayak, wifi, clim… à notre demande, Rachel avait mis un lit bébé de voyage. Merci. La cuisine spacieuse a tout le nécessaire. Il y a quelques produits pour démarrer, juste un petit oubli avec l’absence de thé et de café pour notre premier petit déjeuner. Le quartier est calme avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le dernier jour, l’accord d’un départ tardif nous a beaucoup aidé. Super séjour. Merci.

We had a wonderful seven days at the accommodation and felt at home from the very beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and daily use. The bed is super comfortable, and the view – both from the terrace and right from bed in the morning – is absolutely stunning. The large property is accessible, but also safely enclosed so the two lovely dogs living on the farm can roam freely while staying secure. Communication with the host was excellent: very friendly, quick to respond and full of helpful tips. Shops are just a short drive away, and the sea is also very easy to reach. Patras is about 35 minutes away by car – perfect for day trips. At the same time, the location is ideal for discovering the surrounding area, whether by hiking or simply exploring. We were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this place – we’d come back any time!

A really incredible house, we were met with a very warm welcome, stocked fridge with water, a loaf of bread, butter, eggs, ham and even beer! Which made it really easy for us to ease into vacation mode after a long trip. They told us about good restaurants close by, and with Greece having such a rich history they pointed us to the right locations to visit and how to get there. The house is also incredibly beautiful, clean and elegant. A big house with a nice and minimalistic touch. The outdoor is amazing, a lot of seatings and a big pool with the right temperature. You can more or less have the sun in the backyard the whole day. I highly recommend this house and Rio itself. So many friendly people

Η Ειρήνη και οι γονείς της ήταν υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες. Πολύ φιλικοί, φιλόξενοι και διακριτικοί. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και αποπνέει ηρεμία. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
