Sunglow Retreat

Sunflower Retreat was one of the most fantastic places we have ever stayed! The house and land is of great beauty. The nourishment we got from the experience was profound! Sharon and Rob are excellent hosts and we can’t wait to return again soon.

Gloria's Roost

AnneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It is a cute and nice little place. It is not too difficult to find and very convenient — just a short drive to hiking trails and restaurants. Portal Lodge is close by and Sky Islands Grill is 10-minute drive away and very good. We particularly enjoyed watching birds from the big one-sided window. There are also many books and magazines to browse at. Overall, it is a peaceful place to stay. Everything is as expected for its location and size.

The Casita at Yesorno Ranch

JulieRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Ginger's place was so nice and cozy. We arrived after dark, but the instructions were clear and we were easily able to make our way. We woke up early to see the Sandhill Cranes taking off from Whitewater Draw. It was a perfect location to see the cranes and come back to get warm again (it was a chilly morning)! We were able to see visit the Chiricahua National Monument on our way from Tucson and then got a lovely breakfast in Bisbee on our way home. Ginger was easy to communicate with and kind enough to offer to send something back to us that we forgot.

80 Acres w/Fire pit, Gas Grill, Dish TV and Wifi!

LethaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My sister and I absolutely loved our twelve day stay at Flashback Ranch. Penny and Drew are so friendly and welcoming. We felt so comfortable and right at home. We stayed in the lower unit of the guest house. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved the visiting dogs! We enjoyed the walking trails, tour of Drew's lapidary workshop, tour of the garden, and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. We saw an owl swoop low one evening and watched Ravens doing their mating dance. Drew told us about Rucker's Canyon and we had a beautiful drive. This was a great home base to tour the beautiful scenery of the area. We can't say enough good things about our stay. This is truly an amazing place.

The Adobe Homeplace

DereckRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed a weekend to go birding at the Chiricahua national monument. The place is about 25 min away. So very close. The home is a sanctuary. The appliances, crockery are top of the line. The outdoors are really nice and quiet. We loved the library. There are a variety of real good books. We did not miss the internet or TV. It's an amazing place to find peace. Thank you for providing the home to our family. Dereck

Gene was so nice to greet us out at the entrance on his ATV. Gorgeous drive from I-10 - but don't be like us and trust online Maps with the address. Instead, take a screenshot of Lynn's directions on the confirmation page (scroll down on a phone). Then the place is easy to find!

The Colibri Vineyard House

Charming house in a beautiful, secluded valley. If you're looking for a peaceful place surrounded by natural beauty you can't do much better than this! It's a ways from civilization but that's the idea. Highly recommended!

Sky Gypsy House -Sky Gazing, Bird watching, Hiking

SusanRating, 5 stars13 months ago
My son and I spent several days birding in Rodeo, NM and Portal, Arizona. House was a perfect location and provided a nice, cool escape from midday sun! The area truly is a birder’s paradise and as a bonus, we saw a mountain lion in one of the nearby campgrounds. Our only disappointment was we didn’t see a rattlesnake or tarantula! We did see a baby bull snake, though. Had a great time.
