It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place was — truly one of the most unforgettable homes we’ve ever stayed in during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the beauty of the house and its surroundings. We stood there for nearly half an hour just soaking it all in. The home was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Our lovely host, Lorenzo, made the experience even more special. She welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine, and surprised us with a delicious jar of local jam when we left — such a kind and personal touch. Every moment of our stay was magical. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a special Italian getaway. We will definitely come back

Der Check-in war einfach und absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Ausstattung – sowohl die Küche als auch die Bäder waren hervorragend eingerichtet und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick aus dem Garten ist wunderschön und der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight – super angenehm und entspannend. Auch die Gastgeber waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊😊

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Der Aufenthalt bei Markus war absolut hervorragend! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Markus war ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber – immer erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer äußerst gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einer ausgefallenen und schönen Grünanlage. Sie ist modern und mit viel Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne wettergeschützte Terrasse. Auch die schmalere Terrasse auf der Rückseite mit dem wunderbaren Blick Richtung Dorf Tirol und den 2 bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal – angenehmes Ambiente, die Schnellstraße nach Bozen ist schnell erreichbar, 5 Gehminuten entfernt ein guter Metzger (Siebenforcher), bei dem man auch Käse, Brot, Milch, Wein usw. einkaufen kann (eine entspanntere Alternative zum Supermarkt für Kleinigkeiten). Die Innenstadt und die Tappeiner Promenade sind fußläufig erreichbar und eine Tiefgarage, in der man entspannt einparken kann – was will man mehr! Birgit ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – stets gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Herzlichen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is very clean. It consists of one large bedroom with large comfortable bed and another small room with the two small beds. The bathroom I see it as one only (one for shower and two sinks - no toilet-, the other is only toilet and a sink). The cleanliness of the place is the main highlight, it is very clean. Don’t forget the peace that you will experience during your stay and the quietness since that the apartment is located in the ZTL area and close to protected buildings and very beautiful to walk on the neighborhood. Friendly people and beautiful nature surrounded us during this stay. The balcony is another big highlight as you can sit there forever just to admire the nature. We checked-in at late night and Dietmar was responsive and ensured that we got in the apartment. The kitchen also had what we needed of oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tools in general and soap. Ivo’s place is amazing, every piece of furniture is art, the cleanness of the place is perfection, the garden is so peaceful and beautiful, Ivo and his family on a personal level are great, very welcoming and responsive, they gave us some amazing recommendations nearby. The location is very convenient, steps from the center, the grocery shop, and the bakery.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The scenery around the home is absolutely beautiful, and the area is very peaceful and quiet--perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself matched the photos exactly, which made it easy to find even though the address on Google Maps doesn't lead directly to the front of the house. Once we recognized it from the pictures, there was no problem at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended.

Sehr sympathische, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Super Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben bzw. sogar größer als erwartet. Alles perfekt sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. Das am besten ausgestattete Airbnb, dass wir bisher hatten. Es war perfekt mit einem 1.5 jährigen Kind. Genügend Zimmer, viele Spielsachen & Bücher. Eine riesige kinderfreundliche Terrasse und in Gehdistanz Bauernhoftiere. Viele nützliche Tipps, schöne Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür und eine geniale Aussicht. Alles war super einfach und unkompliziert. Marie war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nicht erschrecken bei der Anfahrt. Es geht ziemlich steil eine kurze, schmale Strasse hoch. Zum Glück kommt kaum etwas entgegen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der stilvollen Loftwohnung von Vera. mit Kindern war es auch toll direkt an der Hungerburg Seilbahn und am Alpenzoo gelegen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr modern, sehr sauber und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Ruhig gelegen, aber mit ein paar Busstationen zur Innenstadt. Wer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt, da empfehlen wir die Buslinie W, da die anderen 500er Buslinien noch einen 15 Minuten Fußweg bergauf bedeutet. Vera war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps und schnellen Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alberto and his father went far and beyond as hosts. Very responsive and helpful. He helped finding the information we needed. The place was nice, clean with the well equipped kitchen. But the space, where the kitchen table located, was a bit tight. Got to watch our heads around it. Nice view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Noted: lots of stairs to get up to the place. OK if you travel light, without big heavy suitcases.

The apartment was amazing. Lots of room and having two bathrooms was a luxury after staying in small hotels. We received a warm welcome with small touches that we appreciated including fresh bread and extras of toiletries that we might have run short on. The location itself is great and the parking spot is handy. The check-in instructions are very clear and communication was quick and helpful. Cortina is basically under construction now because of the Olympics preparations, and that caused us quite a few delays and frustrations but that will be over soon enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ute’s place and would love to return.
