Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.

The home is secluded and quiet, located behind the homes that surround it. The yard has a fun playground area with 2 trampolines, a covered sand box , swing set and slide. Guest can use the playground, yard, and have access to a 2400 square foot deck with wonderful views of Mt. Timpanogos and beautiful sunsets to the west.
