We had a truly lovely stay at this Oceanside property! The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, pots, pans, utensils, even spices. The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the scenery. One thing we were pleasantly surprised by: despite other reviews mentioning noise from upstairs units, we had the whole place to ourselves during our stay and it was wonderfully quiet. We slept great and really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for a quiet coastal escape with stunning views and a well-equipped space.

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for a coastal getaway—walkable to the beach and just a quick 4-minute drive to town. The backyard was a dream for our two pups, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Everything was super comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back again!

This was the perfect place to stay for the coastal part of our trip. It’s in a quiet area, close to Oceanside beach, and only about an hour away from other major attractions. The place was clean and comfy. My husband and I loved sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The bedroom downstairs was cute with a bathroom next to it. Our only complaint was that the bed was slightly cramped for our six foot guy friend.

We had such a lovely time at this Bnb. It’s gorgeous, the place is spotless and beautifully decorated, lots of little thoughtful amenities that just made it nice and easy to stay (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soft blankets all over the apartment, board games, beach chairs that were easy to carry, etc.) Furniture was comfortable, appliances in great shape, and plenty of spaces to be (big dining room table, nice L couch, 2 beds and baths.) We only came with 2 people, but it’d be a great stay for a family. And the beach was gorgeous. Really large and open sandy beach space, few people, so it felt private and open. Would recommend for sure!

We had a great stay. It appears we may have been the first to rent the place. There are two flights of stairs that I misread as two steps. I had a double knee replacement which made it hard for me to reach the second floor but once there, everything was beautiful, in great working condition, and very clean. We had an issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night which was a malfunction that the host will address immediately. He was easy to reach, friendly and great at following up. I would love to stay here again in the near future.

Place as described, very clean and new. The place had everything you need as if you were in your own home…pots pans, towels, cooking utensils etc. I was also shocked to see a few laundry pods, blankets and towels available for guests to use definitely a plus! I loved how it was really close to the crabbing docks as we made the trip for that purpose. Check in was seam-less we did not have to contact anyone, instructions were straight forward and we even had the option of early check in. Only downside I would say is that someone else took our assigned parking, so we aren’t able to park in the spot that came with this rental, not sure if the other tenant is aware of the parking assignments but feedback would be for the host to have a posted sign, there are markings on the curb, but it is barely in sight. Overall great experience & location! Will definitely book this place again in the near future!

An amazing location and view of the beach. Would come back!

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

Well equipped, cute cottage style house a few minutes walk to a great beach. Close to shops and restaurants and yet completely quiet for a good nights sleep. Host communicated very well. I would choose to stay here again,

This home was the perfect location for our extended Memorial Day visit. The ocean views provided a tranquil oasis. We enjoyed the hot tub, the ability to walk directly to the beach, and the quick and easy access to the historic train ride just steps away. Our favorite part of the home was the beautiful sunroom in the back where we spent hours just taking in the views, chatting, and relaxing. In addition to the enjoyable train ride to Garibaldi during one of the days of our visit, we drove North to Cannon Beach to see Haystack Rock and the many gorgeous coastal vistas accessible just by pulling off the side of the road. On the way back, we stopped off at a winery in Manzanita and enjoyed the sunset and local wine offerings. On another day, we took the boardwalk trail to the old cedar tree, which was a super easy and tranquil hike, and then headed down to the gorgeous Cape Mears lighthouse. With Rockaway Beach bring right in the middle, it was the perfect location.

We've visited Craig's place many times. It never disappoints. The owners take a lot of pride in their unit and they work hard to keep it in a neat, clean and well maintained home. The kitchen is well equipped, and very clean and organized. The unit is nicely furnished with a good-sized dining table, and comfortable living room furniture. The bedroom is charming, and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and small desk. The view is spectacular. The sound of surf is never far away. Stress melts away from the moment we arrive. As I said, we have stayed in Craig's place many times, and we have so many wonderful memories of it.

We had a great time staying at Rock-a-waves! Sandra was communicative and proactive in telling us all about the area, where to eat, what to do! We loved the special touches she left, like a bottle of wine, candy for the kids and supplies for s'mores. My kids cant rave enough about her toy collection. Made traveling with little ones a little bit easier. 100% recommend staying at Rockawaves!

Overall very nice stay for our little family. The blinds were dark enough for our toddler to take a nap in the middle of the day, Pronto Pup at the end of the road, beach access within just a few blocks, on a dead end street so not a ton of traffic. Several parks within walking distance, main shopping area within a longer walk. The front deck has a gate so we could leave the front door open and not worry about our dogs or toddler escaping. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make breakfast and lunch. Water from the tap tasted good. Dogs are allowed but there were not any dog specific towels or blankets- we travel with our own so this wasn't a problem but it's always nice to have something dog specific so I don't have to worry about getting the nice stuff dirty. Overall would definitely stay again.

Views from the dining room/living room were fantastic, and everything about the stay was just what we needed. Location’s great - nice and quiet, just 2 blocks from Laneda Ave for coffee and food and there’s a beach entrance just across the street from the house. Hope to be back soon!

Jan’s place felt just like being home. It was comfortable and had everything you need. I would highly recommend Jan’s place. Would be a fantastic place for a family with kids with being right by the beach, lots of beach accessories and games.

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway to the coast. The beach is only steps away. Pristine and well furnished. The kitchen was fantastic!! Linens were spotless and good quality. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this place again!!

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed including some of the best cookware in a rental we’ve had. We needed some pliers to fix our travel bassinet and they dropped them by within the hour.

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and best of all in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Additionally, there were so many things that Jamie had thought of to provide to make our stay easier, especially with a kiddo. It was also a huge plus being able to quickly walk to the beach and having a grocery store next door. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is amazing, views couldn’t be better. Views are exactly as pictured and breathtaking. We will for sure be back to stay next time we are in Oregon and suggest this condo to friends who come to the area! Thanks again!
