Luciano was an absolutely available guest, responsive in communications, and we really enjoyed having a chat with him. The house has been tastefully renovated, and the context and view are enchanting: a true oasis of peace and simplicity. The location of the accommodation is strategic to reach several points of interest in the Monte Amiata area. I'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips in thatarea.

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. We spent ~10 days of family vacation there and it was an absolute pleasure. Spacious house, pristine, impressively well-equipped, private and cosy. The area around the house is beautiful with a picturesque and well-maintained garden where I spent a lot of my time running around and playing with my son. The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea meeting the skies at the horizon, mountainous landscape and a large castle in view. The host, Enrico, gave us a warm welcome and we felt right at home. He was responsive, kind, and provided many tips and assistance with everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet family vacation in Tuscany.

Christian and his mom are two very helpful hosts, kind and present for every circumstance, super responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is a real gem, well designed, pleasant to live and to admire in every detail. We appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that nothing was missing...there was also a hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, detergent, clothes rack, nibbles, equipped kitchen and Christian's mom was so kind that upon our arrival she made us find milk, water, snacks, crackers, soluble coffee, barley, nesquik, a box of tea bags and herbal teas. In short, those small attentions that make you feel pampered and at home. There were 5 of us and I slept on the sofa bed that I found comfortable. You can walk to the bar, the convenience store, and at least 2 restaurants. The thermal baths of Saturnia and the Molino waterfalls are just a 15-minute drive through green landscapes. We had a good time in Christian's apartment and I recommend it!

Accommodation that makes you lose track of time, with a spectacular view of nature, of the ancient village that reminds you of what it means to live in tranquility. The owner Ilario is very welcoming, familiar and very helpful. A gift for those who will come, it is an ancient house suggestive of a village; nothing to do with apartments in big cities or in the valley.

Beautiful place, everything clean and neat. The fireplace was lovely to use in October. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen full equipped. On top of it Martina was a great host and even made us the most delicious vegan orange cake for breakfast (as well as many other things for breakfast). Place is about 20 minutes from the hot springs, quiet surroundings. Would love to visit again!

We were warmly welcomed with homemade treats and a local wine – a wonderful start! The place is clean, well equipped and has everything you need. You immediately feel at home. The location is fantastically beautiful and significantly better than the photos suggest. Alfonso and Riccardo are extremely personable and helpful. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere completes the stay perfectly. Would love to come back anytime!
