Delaware Farm Stay is a beautiful property on the outskirts of town. With a second house on the property, we could not help but share this with others. With stable access, a round yard, arena, play equipment, picnic areas and more. There are farm animals that you are welcome to feed. Quiet street where you can ride and scooter along. We also have a qualified childcare educator on site so if you're away and wanting a night out from the children message us to book in a few hours at an extra cost.

While there's many rustic features the cottage is also clean and tidy with wifi, smart tv and gas log fire, Bedding is comfy and it's warm in winter and cool in summer with thick walls. We had an amazing stay at Sue and Adam’s place. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views were absolutely spectacular—probably the best we’ve ever seen. It was so peaceful and private, and we were even lucky enough to witness a light snowfall, which made the experience even more magical. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient, even late at night. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I really hope to return someday.

Its a stunning location and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for alot of people to stay comfortably. Its an older farmhouse so has lots of charm, the kitchen could be a bit better equipped. 2 BBQ’s but only 1 gas cylinder, so when cooking for 8 people we had to do in stages.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The sunrise and sunset were unforgettable. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and my family loved exploring the outdoor space. Communication was smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to switch off and enjoy nature. We’d love to come back!
