Townhome holiday rentals in Roaring Fork River

Nice spacious condo perfect for a guys ski trip of four. We each had our own bedroom. Place was clean, had free parking. The condo had basic supplies. Condo is close drive to Vail as well as grocery store and restaurants. Host was very communicative. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Airbnb! The host was very responsive, and the location made it easy to get around. It was great that everything was well-stocked—we didn’t have to worry about buying simple essentials like dish soap or paper towels. Highly recommend staying here!

It's nice that they had a lot of accessories you don't need to buy at the store. Spices, oil, coffee keurig cup supply, tea, filters for regular coffee, etc. Unit is close to the hot tub and having robes to wear down there is nice. The address is best known as Ridgepoint townhomes and your unit #. It's also seen as willis place, but the free village shuttle recognizes it as Ridgepoint. The fireplace is nice and easy to operate. Grill works fine. Short trip to City market and ski hill. Less than a mile. You can actually ski in but you have to walk a ways to the condo. Shuttles are quick and we preferred them.

Muy buena la casa! Fui con mi familia, un bebe de 1 año y medio (no tienen cuna, asique tuve que comprar) con una de 3 años, mis papas y hermana. La casa esta muy bien ubicada, tiene una plaza para los chicos a media cuadra, las camadas comodas, todo muy limpio, siempre que precise algo me contestaron muy rapido. Estuvimos muy comodos en la estadia! Super recomiendo!!

Dennis is a great host and our party of 3 enjoyed his place. The location is great for a ski trip split between Vail and Beaver Creek. We hopped on the shuttle to Vail one morning, which took about 20 min to get to Vail and the bus stop is right outside the front door. The TV and sound system were appreciated for movie nights after enjoying the slopes. Overall a great stay.

Rick was an excellent host! The home was cozy but still how some "WOW" factors that the pictures just couldn't highlight. There are neighbors but, they seemed polite, friendly. If I hadn't seen them, I wouldn't have known they were there. The lowest level boasts a stone bar set up that'll drop your jaw as you head for the hot tub. The night view from which is outstanding! The heat throughout the property requires a bit of patience but is explained thoroughly in the homes description. Don't think you know better and crank the heater above 70 unless you like a tropical feel. I went to dinner after arrival. Upon my return, the unit had come up to temp. Likewise, allow the sinks and showers a few minutes to warm up. Once there, the water is plenty hot with great pressure. The only real issue I encountered was accessing the wifi (I didn't know which of the dozen or so networks to use). Even while being ill, Rick worked with me via phone to sort it out and even found the energy to chat a bit

Very nice 3 BR condo within a close drive to Vail. It was our first time to ski in this area and we’re very thankful we chose Jeremy’s place to spend a few nights. Everything was as advertised including fire wood and kindling for the fireplace. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and even some nice to haves like ziplock baggies, tide pods and k-cup coffee.

Perfect Stay at Pinewoods – Near Beaver Creek & Vail! This home at Pinewoods was everything I hoped for and more! The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet and scenic, just minutes from the Beaver Creek slopes and only a 10-minute drive to Vail, making it ideal for a ski trip. The home was beautifully designed, spotless, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Thoughtful labeling made everything easy to find, and the hot tub was simple to use and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The pictures and description of the layout was accurate, no surprises. Garage is big enough for 1 large SUV (we drove Tahoe) with additional space right infront of the home. The host was incredibly responsible, welcoming, and committed to a great experience. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend and definitely our favorite stay in Colorado!

Enjoyed the place very much, well appointed, nice location, beautiful down river view. loved the open design of the main living space. only a couple of comlaints , i dont think the second bedroom had a queen, it looked more like a full size. The kitchen was very well appointed but the location of things was quite haphazard and difficult to locate. that being said there was plenty of storage space for us to move in and stock the kitchen as we needed. Beautiful new wolf appliances and subzero fridge made cooking very enjoyable. Wasnt a big fan of all of the plastic drinkware. Knives were sharp... which was a pleasant surprise for a rental. Washer and dryer were convenient, but the dryer was only passable. Loved the fireplace and natural gas grill as well. Garage is small for a full size truck; could only fit one vehicle in the garage with the truck in there. Also the walk to the gondola was a few minutes longer than advertised.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and stylish place. Comfortable beds and everything was as described. Great location for exploring western Colorado.

Great home in an amazing location. I was in town for work and the family was able to walk to multiple parks and Main Street. The house had everything we needed and made for a great week.

Modern and very clean townhouse in Eagle. Easy to communicate with the owner Matthew. Would rent this place again next time we visit Eagle.

We loved staying here. The place was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, and all the dishes and pans we needed. Nicole quickly responded to any texts I sent her in a kind and helpful way. The place was a quick 10 minute drive from downtown Glenwood Springs. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again if was in the area.

We loved staying here! The place was well thought out and had sauces/spices to use which was awesome. Location was convenient for commuting to skiing and restaurants. Easy check in and check out, would absolutely stay again!
