We had a lovely stay in Tellico Village for the month while waiting for our new home build to be completed. Stephanie was extremely understanding of our situation and responded quickly to any small hiccups we encountered throughout our stay. Cozy house with cute decor—we were so impressed we actually reverse image searched the living room lamps and ordered a few for our new house!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and exactly what we needed— cozy and comfortable. Creed was incredibly welcoming and personable in her messages, making us feel right at home before we even arrived. Her communication was excellent, and she provided all the details we needed for a smooth stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Oak Ridge.

This was our most tranquil and peaceful stay. We enjoyed the screened in back deck. Quiet neighborhood and friendly host and neighbors. Pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Very serene. Highly recommend to all looking for the perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Josiah's rental house. The place was exactly as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It's very close to Windrock for biking. The grocery store is also only a 5 min. drive.

Jenny is a great host always accessible and friendly. The house is comfortable (clean & well stocked) and it has a homey feeling. The fishing is great! There was a variety of birds and we saw Eagles everyday a real plus!! Also having the two outside sitting areas is ideal The front covered patio facing the woods and the back deck overlooking the beautiful lake makes for hours of peaceful and relaxing days !

We would reccomend and come again if your looking for a peaceful vacation away and perfect if you like lake life! Matthew was very helpful with questions we had and easy check in. Its right on the lake which was perfect and had a separate building for me to work remotely throughout the week. it has all your basic amenities for a visit. Thanks so much!

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

What a wonderful home ! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our whole family swam multiple times a day. We really appreciated all the extra amenities including extra towels , pool toys , & pack & play for the baby . The boys really loved kayaking & fishing. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. It was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Elizabeth was very responsive when we contacted her a couple of times. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

My husband and I usually don’t return to the same Airbnb twice since we love exploring new places, but this one changed that. There’s something truly special about this stay that made us come back. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed to unwind. We’re so glad we chose this place to enjoy our time off, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Karina and Herb were excellent hosts. The house was spotless, extremely well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The location is very peaceful and on a beautiful spot on the lake. We will be back!

Great place! It’s in a wonderful campground. I’ve been to many over the years and the staff here is above and beyond wonderful! Place was nice & clean. Perfect for a little getaway. The sites and views of the lake are beautiful! While here, make sure you hit the cantina!

Stayed here for 4 years now around Memorial Day and it suits our needs well, is always clean when we arrive and most items needed are provided. Wi-Fi in the past was great but this year was having issues (on/off).

Erin was very quick to respond, even late at night. The home was clean and tidy. The area was tucked into a peaceful spot by the woods, but still easy to find.

My friends and I came down for a fishing tournament. The house was wonderful and very spacious. Plenty of parking for our 3 boats. The only issue we had was no outlets outside. We had to run an extension cord out the door to charge our boats. I would definitely book again sometime.

Very quiet area, perfect for night shift work schedule. Host was always available by messenger and helpful!

John is an incredible host. He is friendly and available if you should ever need him. The accommodations are great. Cozy, clean with eveything you need plus some. His place is right on the lake with beautiful views. You can walk down to the water and swim if you want. He has two beautiful dogs that are so friendly and fun to play with. We absolutely loved staying in this cozy cabin! We loved listening to the river, loved the outdoor shower, and loved how peaceful it felt. We had a much needed relaxing weekend and we can't wait to be able to return to this cabin!

This place is fantastic except few things. Please put bathroom mat on the floor. Please provide enough towels for us, a large family. Please add towel racks. The kids didn’t know where to put up the towels after showering. Please provide mixing bowls. We cooked dinners every night. Cuz we hiked and swam in the swimming holes next to waterfalls. We came home and took showers. I tried to cook with so few cookware items. It was difficult but I made it thru. You provided excellent plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives and glasses. But not enough cookware items. (Glass pans for baking). Also, we fixed your toilet for you. Someone put fishing string inside the tank for flushing. It broke. So I fixed it with something else temporarily. Please provide metal thing in toilet tank. Thank you for games. That was extremely helpful to keep kids entertaining while I cooked dinners at nights. There were beautiful hikes and waterfalls nearby. It was totally worth it. Yes !!Love here!

We got married in Spring City and needed a space that accommodated a large group so I booked this property back in July 2024 for this year. Ivey was amazing to work with and even helped me find another place close to hers for additional family members. We travel a lot and I personally think this was the best AirBnB we have stayed at! They thought of everything including baby needs and pets, we didn't have either but it was great to see. Our family loved relaxing in the lake right out back, used the kayaks and paddle boards. We rented pontoons from the Terrace View Marina which is right across the lake so it was easy to load everything up right from the dock. We donated a few outdoor games to the property for another family to enjoy. You will not be disappointed by this property. A strong recommendation for food is the Smokin' F BBQ & Feedlot, be there by 4pm the line gets long but the food is worth it. They are only open Friday and Saturday though. Thank you, Ivey
