Holiday rentals with a patio in Rives-en-Seine

Everything was perfect, the decoration was done with great taste. The sauna is very quick and easy to use. The bedding is very nice. Everything was as described. We were amazed by the very ingenious door automation system. The location is ideal in the heart of Rouen, close to parking lots (paid, but it's Rouen). Too bad the checkout is so early (10 a.m.) because we would have liked to have been able to sleep in a little (it was raining more that day, perfect weather for that). We will be back!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

Prune's accommodation is very nice, very pleasant and very clean! It is very well located in Fecamp and from there to visit the coast going up or down. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Mathieu's (nothing better than a spa and sauna on a rainy weekend!) The +: The little guide with local recommendations, the fireplace and the coffee pods in the morning were very appreciated!

We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. We were in the area for a family reunion and decided to stay with Ludovic. The apartment was very clean and consistent with photos. One advantage that we find significant is having a parking space to park your car in the city center. We will definitely return to Ludovic's apartment if we ever come back to the area.

this house is very nice My comment: This house is very nice for a family weekend. The large enclosed grounds, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque court, basketball court and football cage allow for many outdoor activities. The house is large and comfortable enough to accommodate 16 people. Note, however, a small inconvenience: you have to add 2 folding tables inside as well as benches to eat at the table all together. The barbecue and outdoor furniture are nice. Very good weekend with the family, We will highly recommend this cottage to our friends and family. The exchanges with our Host were very responsive.

We had a very good week at Julie and Clément's. Parking always available in front of the entrance door at any time. Very quiet for sleeping, no noise, the patio is great for coffee or meals. Carol was an absolutely amazing host and her house was without a doubt our favourite place we have ever been to! She has great taste so the house is decorated beautifully whilst being lovely and homely. The setting is perfect with lovely food within walking distance but also easily accessible to towns with great restaurants. There was a lovely, quiet forest walk nearby and the garden was nice and secure for our dog. From the beginning Carol was super helpful and friendly and gave us some great recommendations. She helped make our stay the best it could be and was the perfect host. We cannot thank her enough for having us stay in her beautiful house and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a stunning home and setting.

Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.
