Walk to restaurants and waterfront, 2 story unit with main living downstairs, upstairs a king size bed, seating unit with view of Cape Fear River bridge. Bar on 5th floor to party then to condo, can get very, very loud especially the weekends- late evening into 2 AM. Don't book if it will bother you. Ear plugs provided/sound machine, paid parking garage. Live Oak Bank Pavilion 22 min walk. No smoking, vaping or drugs

This unique condo was once an art gallery. As soon as you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening stroll down the famous River Walk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely renovated and has one bedroom with king bed and 1 bath.
