The space was exactly as pictured. The host was tremendously responsive and hospitable. I came in knowing the hardships Cubans endure so the power outages didn’t surprise or bother me, it’s part of life in Cuba. The space is centrally located in vedado which made it easy to find restaurants, groceries, cigars and cabs. Thank you for a great stay!

My stay at Zunilda’s was great. I had nothing to complain about. The loft is beautiful! Just like the pictures. I love the views of Havana and how the terrace can be wide open. I loved that I had the option of fresh air or air conditioning. The restaurants I wanted to visit were not far away. And old Havana was about 8 mins away via taxi. She made my welcome so easy with accommodating a taxi for my arrival. Zunilda also provides a phone. Which was a life savor for my boyfriend and I. Zunilda’s sister, Malaena was amazing as well; she communicated with us, gave us pointers for food and helped us with exchanging money. She also accommodated for our taxi to leave. The two things I was worried about in Cuba was having a cell phone and exchanging money, and Zunilda and Malaena provided that for us, making that worry go away. Thank you so much for having us and we shall return.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

Just fantastic. The penthouse is spacious, has a wonderful ocean view, and Odette could not have been more friendly and helpful. The building has an elevator and the bedroom has a new AC unit. The neighborhood is safe and clean, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Havana!

The home is the same as the photos, and the quality of this Airbnb is far above the average supply of places available in Havana Vieja. In addition to being a comfortable place with great air conditioning and shower, Jorge's reception and support made everything even better. Jorge was a true angel on our trip, facilitating our arrival, providing taxi to bring us and take us to the airport and also giving recommendations for places to eat and meet. Jorge also exchanged money for us, supported us in the search for tours, coordinated our transportation to get to know other neighborhoods still gave us a free internet chip so that we could use during our stay. Anyway, this Airbnb was our Safe Harbor in a chaotic Havana and Jorge was no doubt our guardian and the most important person of our trip, without exaggeration! I recommend with closed eyes if you seek to live intensely Havana Vieja and its surroundings full of life, music, people and history!
