A 30 sq. meter independent loft within the space of my house, totally private, newly built with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all facing outwards. The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB.
