The space is architecturally and technically beautifully built. You are alone and privacy is given. A kilometer-long beach was all our own, but sometimes the fishermen came in the morning. A few minor maintenance would be due, as other visitors have reported. Maximo cleans the beach daily and looks at the surrounding area. Contrary to the description in Airbnb, it has internet (Starlink) with good bandwidth. The sea was clean, but always brownish as it always had waves. Once again, less. Access to the property is easily feasible with a 2WD SUV (slightly elevated). Maximo drove ahead of the meeting point and showed us the way. Overall a great place to stay, which we would book again at any time.

The place is very nicely located right on the beach. David is a very attentive and helpful host. We felt comfortable with him. Unfortunately, the walls and floors in the rooms are very simply built, which somewhat diminishes the overall impression. Nevertheless, we had a good time in there

My place is the only hotel with direct access to the beach in Riohacha, and it is private! Enjoy breath-taking views of sunsets and an amazing lazy river pool. The time in Jaba Jan was wonderful, the nature all around had everything you need. The private beach and the river were very good and quick to reach on foot. Palomino was also very good and quick to reach by taxi. All in all, I felt very comfortable in Jaba Jan. Thank you for the time.
