Holiday rentals with beach access in Rio Nuevo

I would highly recommend this place to stay, it was safe and secure, the pool is open 24/7, host is always responding and ensuring that his guest was doing great, wouldn't recommend shopping in the local area.

Home away from home. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. Miss Deborah was very easy to contact and responded to my messages within seconds. Complementary drinks were enjoyed while watching the sunrise. Also I'd like to add we had no need to use the A/C as the ocean breeze was god sent. Looking forward to staying here again 💙

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Anthony was exceptionally respectful, polite, helpful and responsive! OMG… I was blown away by the panoramic view of the ocean from the patio. Great spot to meditate amidst the soft splashes of the ocean. Another lovely feature was the closeness of the private beach with lots of musical tunes from the Caribbean. I shall return Anthony!!! Additionally, the unit was spacious with lovely paintings and natural plants.

The home is so cozy and the views are spectacular. Very comfortable and the house is equipped with everything. Had a beautiful time.

Sharona’s place was amazing. Sharona was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was neat and clean and the pictures described her place to the tee. Sharona was very hospitable and welcoming. She was amazingly responsive even when I miss communicated names of my guest. She helped me with adding their names to the list so that they could visit me. I absolutely had an amazing time at Sharona home. Again, thank you Sharona for being so welcoming and hospitable. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!!!

We got married a few days ago and wanted a place to stay with our three boys. Stephanie was awesome. Everything was clean, comfortable, peaceful, just right. We definitely will spread the word about this relaxing little gem in Draxhaul. Couldn’t ask for more. O’Neil & Kareen

From initial contact to booking to enjoying an amazing experience, host Bryan and chef Roshelle did a great job of meeting our needs and wants. The accommodations were pristine both inside and outdoors and my group will definitely be back.

This place is exactly like the photos. I loved that the bedrooms both have a television. Both bedrooms have an en-suite. The driver that was recommended by the name of Mike is also a great contact to get you around town and to excursions if you have any.

It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

The views from the apartment were impeccable. Donna has taken a-lot of time to make the apartment work for her guests. The smart tv and plentiful plugs were a nice touch as It made our stay feel very homely. Great air conditioning and furnishings made us feel relaxed and at home. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit 5* Host and apartment xx

My husband and I had 2 events in St. Ann for 2 consecutive days and really needed somewhere to stay that was affordable, convenient, peaceful and comfortable. That was exactly what we got and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Our host was always available to answer my questions, and provided solutions and suggestions. The place was spotless, we slept so well, we had no disturbances as the environment was quiet. I loved that even though the AC was not a necessity, it was available. The bugs were at a minimum, the pools were gorgeous and we could choose the ones we wanted to use. There was hot and cold water in a beautiful shower. The view? Oh my God! Absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for making our stay so special. We definitely will be telling our friends and we will be back.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings
