La casa está ubicada al frente de una laguna que se forma con un brazo del Rio Ibañez, habitat preferido de aves migratorias (Cisnes, flamencos, caiquenes, siete colores, pato real, entre otros) Cuenta con una habitación en el primer piso, y un amplio espacio en el segundo piso. El baño está dividido en 2 espacios, uno para la ducha y otro para wc.
