An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Ca ' Nobile, our new entry, is a wonderful apartment of 60 sq.m, freshly renovated and extremely bright. It’s located in a renaissance palazzo (equipped with elevator) overlooking the canals. Inside it’s decorated in vintage style and well equipped: there is one double bedroom with air conditioning, a large living room and a new bathroom. From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view over the floating gondolas!

The flat was so clean and comfortable and in a quiet little side street off of a main street with lots to do/eat and only a 10/15 min walk to Piazza San Marco. We checked in very late due to delays with our flight and it all went smoothly with the instructions given by Grecia. We had a great stay!

Had a great stay here, the Airbnb is very well equipped and in a nice peaceful part of Venice. The apartment is nice and close to the water bus to get to and from the airport with only a few small flights of stairs to manoeuvre. The hosts were so helpful and happy to assist in any way. And after the hot days in Venice it was great to come back to a good air conditioner. The Apartment was very nice designed we absolutely Loved it 👍 it was a nice place to retreat to. 😃

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.
