Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

Eine buchstäblich überragende Lage. Wir sind jeden zweiten Tag auf der Anlage geblieben, haben gechillt und die Aussicht über die Bucht genossen. Auch den Pool und den Tennisplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist kurvig und steil und kann anspruchsvoll sein, wenn das Auto ein Schaltgetriebe und keinen Berganfahrassistenten hat. Mit Automatik war es kein Problem. Da die Anlage nur über ein verschlossenes Tor zu erreichen ist, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren zu zweit außerhalb der Saison und ohne Kinder da. Es waren noch keine anderen Gäste zusehen. Die Unterkunft ist funktional aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick ist traumhaft. Für ein paar entspannte Tage im Grünen ist es dort ideal. Da stört auch das fehlende WLAN nicht. Giuliana hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit allen Informationen versorgt. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Im Ort gibt es in der Bar auch leckeres Essen und frische sowie regionale Produkte zu kaufen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans la belle maison de Marco. Marco est un hôte accueillant ainsi que ses parents. La maison est perché aux milieux des montagnes, très idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. Une rivière pas très loin, accessible à pieds. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, un pur plaisir. Un village médiéval atypique et très calme. La maison était comme sur les photos, très jolie et propre. On recommande les yeux fermés cet hôte ☺️ Merci.

We definitely enjoyed the stay at this place! If you look for an apartment away from bling bling tourism and you are not afraid of twisty roads to get to your place you find a nice possibility here! Lisa and here parents are extraordinary lovely people and when we left we felt as part of their family and not as guests anymore.
