If you've always wanted to spend a night on a sailing yacht - without being able to sail yourself - you've come to the right place. An unforgettable experience on a beautiful ship. And if you close your eyes, you almost believe you're really in the middle of the sea. We'd love to come back - also because Sandro is such a friendly and uncomplicated host.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet cottage settlement. The surrounding area is very clean. Especially with a dog, it is very good,thanks to the high hedge our dog was able to lie down and relax on the lawn. It is also not far to the water,a small 5-10 minute walk and you were on a small stretch of beach for swimming. The key handover went smoothly and the building management could be reached at any time in case of questions or problems. The house was very clean and really cozy for 2 people,you can even vacation there as a family with 2 children. In the kitchen there was everything you needed,kettle,coffee maker,toaster and even a small dishwasher and washing machine were available. The beds in the bedroom were also very clean and cozy,we were able to sleep very well. All in all, we can only recommend this small and cozy house for a nice holiday by the lake to relax and unwind.

We felt very comfortable. Everything that was needed was available. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The proximity to the beach is great. Despite summer vacations, the beach section (not for dogs) in front of the apartment was not overcrowded. We walked about 10 minutes to the beautiful dog beach. The hostess was very accessible and is very friendly.

Very lovingly and extensively equipped apartment. We felt at home and were within walking distance of the beach in 2-3 minutes. The apartment had everything you could wish for and also at home: starting from the DVD player, to the Ifen and microwave to the handcart and Strabd toys for children. Highly recommended for small children, especially the connected indoor pool with sauna area, which also saves rainy vacation days. We'd love to come back here anytime.

Best location, 7 min walk from the beach (I am an ice bather, therefore important!) and I felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Sauna and swimming pool are on the premises of the complex, which I had overlooked in the description of the accommodation and therefore positively surprised me. From the place, I also got to my hiking destinations, which were more to the north, very well. I haven't been so relaxed from a vacation in a long time :) Always nice contact with Boris!

We had a wonderful few days together with the family around Easter. The house was spacious and right next to a field where the rape was in wonderful bloom. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Check-in is uncomplicated and friendly. Cozy apartment with beautiful furnishings. There was enough space for us (1 adult and 2 children). Especially great for us that you could use the small swimming pool, sauna, fitness, etc. at any time.

Beautiful place and great, quiet area! We stayed there for 4 nights to 5 days and really enjoyed our little getaway! The beach is less than 10 min away and offers a beautiful sandy beach! The apartment was spacious and large. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is a little small and unfortunately still full of kids late at night, so swim rather impossible - The only thing missing in the apartment was a noodle strainer, but otherwise well equipped!

The vacation home is very nice, bright, cozy and tastefully furnished. The amenities were great and everything you needed was available (from kitchen amenities to outdoor toys for the kids, as well as great extras like the hot tub). Really a great house to relax. Communication with Timo and personal reception was great. Glad to come back :-)

Super nice place with enough space and everything you could want. We especially thought the house internal sauna was great. The nearest beach is a bit rocky in the water, but a little more eastern is a beautiful sandy beach. Unfortunately, the house was located in the current new construction zone of the complex, so the view was not yet too appealing, but the immediate area around the house was already nicely prepared with lawn. All amenities were new and in great condition. For 8 people the price was perfectly fine.

It was my first booking through Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be answered directly once. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with Smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m away from the beach and the pier. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It doesn't get any better than this. I can only pass on Uwe's tips for Waffelmaik or the Strandkate restaurant. Those in the mood for a good Italian restaurant are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

We stayed in Catharina's apartment for 5 nights. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautiful, modern and decorated with a lot of love and everything is clean. There is everything you need. There are various restaurants within walking distance, as well as a bakery for fresh rolls in the morning, a Lidl and much more. The direct beach access outside the door was of course a highlight. Every night we had a beautiful sunset right outside. We will definitely be back!

Super nice location. Super friendly contact. You can reach everything on foot, you are quickly at the beach and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The quiet location is a dream, the houses are very tastefully decorated and everything is in good shape. Nadine from the reception was very nice and helpful. Only the cleaner was curt and impolite, so we didn't leave a tip.

If you still want to experience the Baltic Sea close to nature, it is best in conjunction with Anja and Stephan's accommodation. You will be greeted very lovingly with maritime Baltic Sea flair, which we liked very much. Everything is absolutely clean and up to date. The fantastically short distance to the beach and the many opportunities to do something complete the whole thing perfectly. It was a wonderful holiday and start the new year.
