Katerina’s place is a small apartment conveniently located walking distance from Nea Chili’s agora and the beach and just a few mins by car outside of Alexandroupoli. Perfect for a few nights stay if you want to avoid staying inside the busy Alexandroupoli but still want to be close.

Ev yeniydi ve çok temizdi. çok memnun kaldık, restaurantlar araba ile 3 dk kadardı. Ev sahibinin verdiği numaradaki kişi az ingilizce bildiğinden biraz orada zorlandık ama sorun olmadı, çok misafirperver karşılandık. tavsiye ederim.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει! Τo διαμέρισμα πολύ όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο!

Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο και σε κάνει να νιώθεις όμορφα, όπως θα ένιωθες αν ήσουν στο δικό σου σπίτι! Η Βασιλική με βοήθησε όποτε τη χρειάστηκα και γενικά έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένος από τη ποιότητα του χώρου, την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και από τη τοποθεσία του.

Evin temizliği, konumu, ücretsiz otopark olanağı çok iyiydi. Sorularımıza doğru şekilde cevap verilmesi ve yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları gayet iyiydi. Minik temiz ve güzel bir evdi. Teşekkürler

Çok ilgili bir ev sahibiyle karşılaştık. Evi bulamayınca bizi bulmak için sokağa çıkıp yerimizi buldu. Evin içi otantik eşyalarla doluydu.Uzun, büyük , harika süslenmiş bir balkonda sabah kahvesi süperdi. Ayrıca Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde bir konumdaydı. Biz iki aile gittik memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz

Ev fotograftakilerden cok daha guzeldi, her sey harikaydi. Bir daha geldigimde yine burada konaklamayi tercih edecegim.

Denize yakın, bahçesi eğlenceli. Kendi barbeküsü var bahçede. Tek tuvalet var, kalabalık aileler için bunu iyi düşünmek gerekir.

I would definitely recommend checking out this unique house with amazing views from all the common areas and balconies! The place is perfect for families with kids because the beach is right in front of the house, the sea is shallow, and the beach feels very peaceful and private. As the area behind the house is known to be swampy, the mosquitoes can be annoying at night. However, Ilian provided us with a good amount of mosquito protection, and the house is equipped with effective mosquito nets in all the sleeping rooms, which helped a lot! The house is generally equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The only thing our group missed was a dishwasher, but with good planning, all the dishes were washed with a smile.

Şehri yaya olarak gezmek için bulunmaz bir konumdaydı. Öyleki bir kaç yüz metre mesafe içinde alışveriş, yemek , eğlence , deniz , park her şey elimizin altındaydı. Çok keyifli ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı. Hiç tereddütsüz herkese tavsiye ederim . Teşekkürler

Eleni's house was great and exactly as in the photos, perfect for 5/6 adults and a child. We had everything we needed for a great stay, we even extended our stay with a day. The house was well equipped, the best part was the outdoor shower. We also used the varbeque twice. Only issue was the dust as mentioned in ither reviews but it is manageable. There are some stray dogs walking around but the terrace can be closed, so they are not a problem. There is an amazing restaurant nearby. Eleni, thanks for the great time!

Ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Το στούντιο καθαρό, οργανωμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και τακτοποιημένο. Εξυπηρετούσε τις ανάγκες της διαμονής της δικιάς μου και του σκύλου μου. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά!

Το διαμέρισμα ήτανε πολύ καθαρό και στο κεντρικό της πόλης,η αισθητική του θύμιζε δεκαετία 90. Η κ. Δήμητρα ευγενέστατη και πολύ φιλική έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσει για όλα όσα χρειαστείς.

Εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, ευγενική και με διάθεση να σε βοηθήσει. Επίσης, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή θέση, άνετο και λειτουργικό. Το συστήνω!
