Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Per un problema di overbooking non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nella casa, ma ylenia è stata molto d'aiuto e ci ha trovato subito una sistemazione alternativa e di livello comparabile, sempre a reusa. Il paese in sé è molto piccolo, ma in una buona posizione per visitare i dintorni (in macchina).

Wir sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Maria Elena und Marina haben uns immer sehr zuvorkommend mit allem versorgt, was wir brauchten, bis hin zum Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und lohnt sich, erkundet zu werden. Die zwei Wochen, die wir da waren, haben bei weitem nicht ausgereicht... Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft von Maria Elena und Marina sehr empfehlen!

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

Prachtig gelegen in een klein oud dorpje met geweldig uitzicht. Zeer leuk dar je gebruik kon maken van het zwembad van de naastgelegen agriturismo. Het restaurant ervan was ook geweldig.

We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Als erstes ist hervorzuheben, dass Fabio ein ganz wunderbarer, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Dorf liegt inmitten der Berge der Garfagnana und zusammen mit seiner Umgebung ist es eine Oase der Ruhe. Von Bagni di Lucca aus, führt eine 7 Km lange enge, kurvenreiche Straße nach Lugnano- Monti di Villa. Auf der Strecke passiert man noch 2 weitere kleine Dörfer. Eines davon ist Granaiola, wo man bei Laura superlecker essen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Anne und Helga
