Cozy 3 1/2 room attic apartment with southwest balcony, in the Alpsee Grünten vacation region at almost 1000 m altitude. A little off the beaten track in a quiet location, hiking trails and ski tours right in front of the house. From here you can reach both Füssen with its wonderful royal castles, as well as the ski jumping village of Oberstdorf by car in approx. 35 minutes. In the vicinity there are various adventure pools and also thermal baths to relax. Five Alps within walking distance invite you to linger.

The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. We, four friends, used Marcus’ place for a small reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The furnishings are stylish and of high quality, with many comfortable seating and lounging options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this accommodation.

We stayed at Dietmar's place for a ski vacation and it was fantastic. The apartment is really nice and offered us enough space for four adults. Very homely furnishings, well equipped - you felt right at home. Particularly nice was the garage parking space and the nice tips from the host, which were already on the table upon arrival - extremely accommodating! In general, everything went smoothly with the host and he was always quick to respond and easy. We (I) highly recommend the apartment 🙏🏼🥳

My son and I had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Everything you need in terms of basics (oil, sugar, salt, even tea and coffee) and otherwise the equipment was of high quality (e.g. good pots and glasses). We also slept great, good mattresses. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video provided entertainment. The location was perfect for us, from here everything we wanted to do in the Allgäu (hiking, tobogganing, skiing, thermal baths, etc.) was easily accessible. We didn't have much to do with the hosts, but we were warmly welcomed and we could have asked questions at any time. We will definitely stay here again.
