The internet is unstable, so those who need to work from home will have problems, but the house has a privileged view of the sunset, and it has all the kitchen utensils, which makes it easy to prepare meals. Note: the road is not good, a 4x4 makes the route much easier, but a low car can reach the location. I loved staying at Maria's house.

It is close to Itutinga and 25 minutes from Carrancas.

The place is beautiful and super quiet, the place is so cozy that it felt like home, it is very easy to access and the dam is at the end of the condominium, a walk of less than 5 minutes, the neighbors were very friendly and we even made friends, the dam is extremely beautiful. Our experience on this site was simply PERFECT! The place exceeded all our expectations: space is very wide, well cared for, clean and super cozy. The structure is excellent for resting and enjoying incredible moments with friends and family, counting on numerous things to do (such as gym, sauna, heated pool…). In addition, the host João Paulo was extremely attentive, helpful in everything and very flexible, clarified all our questions super fast and always very polite. We hired the part, the cottages of the place to help us with food and daily cleaning and we simply fall in love, they are wonderful people, super polite, neat and who make an out of the ordinary food so tasty.
