The accommodation is clean. The bedding is comfortable. The only small inconvenience is that it is at a crossroads. Otherwise, great.

Stephane and her family's home is perfect, completely tastefully renovated, comfortable and modern. Everything is done to facilitate the arrival and Stephane is responsive if there are any questions. We had a great vacation there, we immediately felt at home. The place is very quiet. The center of Rennes is within walking distance and the major tourist centers of the region are within reach by car or train (Dinard, Saint Malo, Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Broceliante, etc.). It's a perfect place to stay to discover the region, we would love to go back :)

Excellent position for exploring Dinan and only 30 mins from north coastal destinations. Quaint 3 storey town house. Yes lots of beautiful spiral staircase steps but an excellent way to burn off all the excellent local food. All the essential white goods you could ask for. Just perfect, and excellent value for money!

Ideally located accommodation, 2 minutes' walk from the port of Dinan and ten minutes from the shops of the city center. Ideal for our stay of 6. Despite the long weekend, we always found a place to park nearby. The check-in at the accommodation was very flexible. We'll be happy to go back.

Wilhem's place is very nice and perfect for a group of 8 guests. It offers plenty of opportunities to do. This is the second time I've been there and I'm still so satisfied. I recommend it.

Matthieu is a very responsive and available host. The accommodation is convenient and clean. There is a small path leading to a wood behind the house. Very suitable for families.

Patricia’s house is really well located, walking distance to the center, supermarkets and shops. The host is extremely responsive, takes care of the property and is willing to help if necessary. She also offers cleaning service if needed, which for long stays is really useful and practical. I totally recommend the house if you’re looking for a well located, clean, new and quite place. Amazing town, delightful to stay in an historic home in the old town. Would have given all five stars except that a few small things could greatly improve: fans in the bedrooms (all on the second and third floors and so very warm at night on hot days), extra trashbags, ample toilet paper. Otherwise I would say it's very well equipped, especially appreciated the parking pass for the underground garage five minutes away. Hard to find a prettier town than this and so much to do in the surrounding countryside.

we stayed here for a night having traveled from Ireland for a friends wedding. very convenient location. Corinne and Bruno are very welcoming and friendly. our room was great with private bathroom and quiet location. we would definitely return 😁

If you're after an interesting, very French, eclectic holiday home with loads of privacy and space, then this is for you. The house has bags of character, charm, art and eccentricity - we loved it..!! Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and we wouldn't hesitate in going back again. Highly recommended..!!
