The 1,500 sqm hillside plot offers a breathtaking view of the Rhine valley and Stolzenfels Castle. Despite its quiet location, it is only 900 m walk to the centre of Lahnstein, and the bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).
