Very charming apartment, perfectly equipped (little extra for the coffee machine😊), ideally located, quiet, close to shops and the center of Reims. Great communication, everything was very smooth. Very pleasant stay 👍

I spent 3 weeks in the apartment. It perfectly suited my expectations: spacious, bright, quiet, well equipped kitchen, full of reading (books and comics). If you're driving, it's convenient, there's always space to park. A perfect stay in every way.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

Simple apartment in a block some 2 to 3 km from the center of Reims. Parking downstairs in a secure garage and a separate safe bicycle storage. With a bicycle, it is easy to reach the center, but there are also buses. The apartment is functional, simply furnished, and clean, the kitchen simple with a minimum of equipment. There is a coffee maker (Tassimo). Second floor and there is an elevator that also connects to the parking.

Nice location. View over the city. Centre for restaurants 15 min walk. Supermarket and good place for sandwiches 4 min walk!

We had a very nice stay in Xavier's apartment. It is a neat and nice apartment and is located on a quiet street. There is a lot to do in the area and we enjoyed our days here. Furthermore, Xavier was very friendly and thoughtful, he sent a message every now and then how it was and if he could help us with anything. In short, had a really good stay and the champagne region is definitely worth a trip

So, someone else booked this apartment at the same time as us. Aurore immediately contacted us and moved us to another our her listings called Blue Gold. It was great. It is in the same building but on the 11th floor. Two elevators so no worries. The building itself is more modern than charming and is conveniently located with free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Aurore is super responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

We only stayed one night, but the accommodation was very nice, spacious, tastefully decorated and very functional. Florentin was very responsive and friendly, the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and flexible. Very nice, I would recommend it unreservedly!

This is the second year that we have booked the accommodation for a petanque weekend. Everything is perfect, bedding, linen, accessibility, everything is perfect for spending an excellent weekend.

Being our first time in France, and after a long day of travel, we were a little flustered when we first arrived in Épernay. Couple of things two note about this property is that it is located on the second floor at the stairs two the second floor are a little narrow. I think this is worth noting if you are dealing with heavy luggage like us. When we arrived the unit was very hot, but we opened the windows and turn off the fans and it started to cool down. In fact, that first night was the best night sleep we had had so far during our trip. Other than that, this unit is conveniently located close to the train station and all the attractions we had planned for our stay. I would truly recommend this property for it location.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—she had a bottle of champagne, fruit juices, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing trip to the Champagne Valley. The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The host was very response and although there was a secure key box, met us for checkin to show us around. Nice clean apartment in the centre of town. Two decent sized bedrooms. All windows have electronic blackout blinds.
