House holiday rentals in Rawai

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay, the place was spotless and very helpful host always available to guide and book various activities at discounted rates. Host was always available and very responsive and went out their way to meet all our needs. The villa is a home away from home with all amenities at your disposal. Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand . Very quiet location , amazing view, villa itself amazing. High ceilings give that feeling of space and air. Nice swimming pool ! Loved the bathtub , it’s important for me. On the roof you can make picture of sunset 🌄which is really impressive. Villa is very clean, owner was very welcome 🌺I highly recommend for private rest and recharge . Or spend time with your loved ones

Прекрасный хозяин, а также рабочие в этом месте, уборка была через день иногда даже 2 дня подряд, также на территории много кошек очень дружелюбных, хоть и иногда не давали прохожу) место находится в 15 минутах от кафе и ресторанов, до моря чуть дольше минут 20-25 дорога в местности прямая удобно ходить пешком, в комнате есть все удобства от кондиционера и тд, в целом жильем довольны на все 100%

Très belle maison, plus grande en vrai que sur les photos. Chaque chambre a une grande salle de bain et des toilettes. Piscine suffisamment grande et surtout profonde (1,90m) c’est très appréciable. Super Service de nettoyage maison + piscine. Maison super bien équipé, il y a juste une télé dans le salon. On aurait bien aimé en avoir une en plus dans une des chambres. Maison situé au calme avec des arbres qui entourent la maison. On a pu voir des écureuils géants, toutes sortent d’oiseaux, de lézards, même un varan. On est dans la nature mais proche de tout ce qu’il faut le quartier est génial. Le salon de massage le plus proche est magnifique. La maison est proche des plus belles plages. Nous recommandons cette maison incroyable.

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

Michael nos ayudó y aconsejó muy bien y preservando nuestra intimidad estaba muy pendiente. El lugar tiene unas vistas espectaculares, zona muy tranquila pero con lo suficiente para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables. 100% recomendable.

Wow - this place is amazing and for the price it’s excellent value for money! Just everything was perfect and having such nice kitchenware, wine glasses, stunning artwork and fixtures throughout, and a dishwasher. It has all the mod cons like fire sticks in all the TVs, ceiling fans and multiple a/c units, it just really felt like home. The pool is a great size and a perfect temperature with comfy outside seating areas with nice loungers and dining table with a huge umbrella. Although the beautiful Nai Harn beach is just 5 minutes in a taxi away, it’s hard to leave the villa although I do recommend Nai Harn beach. Fantastic local and western restaurants (Nibe and Wine Connection were our faves) very close by as well as a small shop and 7Eleven you can walk to in 5 minutes. If you are looking for a private beautiful stay that feels like home, this is the place. I honestly can’t fault it. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special, Kubu Villa. I will 100% be coming back!

Went for this hidden gem of a find for a movie scene-like stay and it delivered just stayed. Ended up being one of my fav & memorable experience in Phuket. Mr Big went out of his way to accommodate; loved the hot thai milk tea (one of the best drinks I’ve had here) and the local durian is just something (bear in mind, i’m not really a fan to begin with, that’s how good it was 🙈). Def would recommend to anybody who wants to stay here- for the beautiful ambience, cosy cabin and some peace of mind. p/s: travelling around Thalang would be great with bike so that u’d get to explore more of the area. also be prepared for mosquitoes since u’re in the jungle

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Phuket. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The villa was immaculate—clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. A friendly and discreet housekeeper came by each morning to tidy up, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location is ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Getting around was also easy, with Grab taxis consistently arriving within five minutes. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. Inside, the spacious living area features a massive television and extremely comfortable seating, making it a great space to unwind with a movie in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return.

Great stay

Well, let me get started with saying, this airbnb and the host herself were both amazing. The house was very well priced, very spacious, and overall was worth a stay. It was at a perfect location, was easy to get into, and i felt very safe and happy inside. The airbnb host was always responsive at all times, and even sorted me with the moped rental and any other needs i needed such as airport transfers etc. Overall, I had a great stay and i would recommend to anyone looking for a nice airbnb to stay in nai harn/rawai, this airbnb is it. Had a really relaxing stay! The blackout blinds and comfortable bed really helped me get a great nights sleep. A lot of beautiful greenery and plants around and a great coffee shop next door!

Villa is located on top of hill. Very peaceful environment. Service is prompt as well. Pictures doesn't do justice to the view. Love it!

Everything was great, very lovely place!

This is by far the cosiest bnb I have stayed at. We decided to extend our stay by 15 days and loved this house so much that we didn’t want to move elsewhere :) The host provided excellent service, with cleaning every few days and responded promptly anytime we text.

Beautiful house with an amazing view. Spending time upstairs in the pool and on the balcony was a highlight. Very spacious and convenient each bedroom having its own bathroom. Thiwa was particularly helpful organising a driver from the airport and the housekeeper was very helpful and kind. Apartment felt very secure and was very well maintained and clean with good wifi. Location wise it is a bit of a walk to the central area to eat and a large highway needs to be crossed but it’s not too busy that it isn’t possible to do so on foot. Arranging a car via grab is easy and cheap enough anyway so not a big deal.
