Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rat Burana

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 3 months and loved every moment of it. First- the hosts are the best team of hosts I’ve ever had on here. Always kind, responsive and helpful. Second- the condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos, was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could think of needing (air fryer, hair dryer, etc.), and fantastic WiFi (500+ MBPS fiber) which made working remotely very easy. They even provide local snacks 🤤 I was here during the earthquake and the hosts communicated important information and the condo was safe and withstood the impact. The only negative I had here (this is beyond the hosts control) was being right by the pool often led to loud kids and guests every day between 4-7 PM. This made my pre work nap (I work US hours overnight) somewhat challenging. I recommend being ear plugs. That being said I will stay in this unit every time I visit Bangkok. A fantastic experience. Lisa is a very kind and proactive host. Everything is as described and I can confirm the reviews we saw before we stayed. There is a metro very close to the apartment so you can get to the city center quite fast. We stayed for four weeks and had to work so it was very nice to be able to enjoy the gym, pool and sauna after.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views of the Chao Phraya river, especially at sunset.

Waren bevoorrecht om deze condo te mogen huren, complete inrichting, goed bed, complete badkamer met (regen)douche, en bad......en schitterend uitzicht over de chaopraya! En dan het zwembad op de 6e verdieping, werkelijk schitterend! Ook was er een complete gym,.....maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Gratis bootservice naar de overkant inclusief. Nath is een superhost!, reageerde altijd meteen bij vragen en dacht meteen mee in oplossingen en regelde het! Wij zijn al verschillende keren in Bangkok geweest, maar deze keer was het toch wel helemaal top! Bij deze wil ik ook het personeel, zoals de dames van de schoonmaak, de beveiliging benoemen voor hun werk, vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid, niets was hun teveel!! Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en kunnen echt niet bedenken wat beter zou kunnen,.....nogmaals mr. Nath, dank u wel voor de gastvrijheid!!

Lovely apartment! Super clean and the building is fairly new. The pool is lovely too and great advantage to have the balcony so enjoy Bangkok sunset. All in all, great place!

Booked this place because it close to Thong Lor, The stay was definitely one of the better ones in Bangkok. Shower was pristine and clean with working drainage, some places do not do plumbing properly and sometimes the shower doesn’t drain water properly but Thapanees place was 10/10 to my high standards of what was to be expected in a bathroom with no room for complaints at all. Communication was almost instant if not anything but very responsive host along with local recommendations from Thapanees herself further made the stay more enjoyable. Aircon was ice cold and room was quiet with no complaints for noise from me at all as the room is far up from the noise anyway. Everything in this stay made it very comfortable enough for me as if I had never left my home. The only thing that could make this stay even more complaint is a hair dryer. Stay came with a few complimentary waters and tea which is always nice to have in the fridge. They also provided few bathroom amenities.

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

Ein tolles Erlebnis Nuttamas Unterkunft! Zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Bett, ich hab wirklich prima geschlafen. Das helle blitzsaubere Bad ist riesig und hat überall gute Ablagen für alles was man so an Kosmetik braucht. Die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt ist wirklich grandios und besonders abends wenn alles beleuchtet und ist, kann man sich nicht satt sehen!!! Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und nach dem Training kann man sich in dem Pool mit langen Schwimmbahnen abkühlen. Wenn man abends voller Erlebnisse aus dem quirligen Bangkok wieder einkehrt, empfängt einen eine freundliche Empfangsdame und wohltuende Musik am Aufzug - man entspannt sofort. Der Checkin war mega einfach, komfortabel und unkompliziert. Nuttama ist wirklich immer zu erreichen. Toll ist auch der 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man alles bekommt. Und an der Hauptstraße links nur ein paar Meter entfernt finden sich zahlreiche Garküchen, frisches Obst, Kaffee. Danke Nuttama, ich komme wieder!

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.

Wer es ruhig mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wir mochten die Unterkunft sehr und haben einen Seven Eleven in der Nähe gehabt, was von Vorteil ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Wir hatten viel Spaß und hatten alles da was wir brauchten! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Austin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. :)

Merci beaucoup a Krisna de nous avoir prêter son logement pendant ses 10 jours. La maison est immense, les chambres sont très grande et le fait d'avoir sa propre salle de bain est juste génial. On s'est vraiment senti en sécurité dans ce lieu et c'était très calme, il y faisait bon vivre. Merci de nous avoir offert des pop corns, ils étaient délicieux. merci pour tous les conseils concernant les trajets en taxi et les lieux à visiter. On est reparti avec de très beaux souvenirs pleins la tête. Merci, je recommande fortement cette hôte.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 older children. It was very spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again. Put taxis from the airport dropped us off in the wrong spot (being lazy) and it was dark. Our host immediately responded to my messages. She sent a friend to get us and take us where we needed to be. It was also almost 1am. She went above and beyond and we were very grateful! We would recommend this place to friends and family and stay here if we return! Thank you!

The apartment is great, as described, cosy but plenty space for 1 or 2 people. Wifi was good. The building is nice and clean, gym is small but has all the basics. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, cafes, salons, public transport etc. and very central, always easy to get cab when you need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive on Airbnb. My host at the apartment, Earth, was absolutely fabulous!! Any request I had he helped straight away. he went above and beyond and made the whole experience at the apartment seamless. So kind and thoughtful - thank you! Would happily recommend this apartment.

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.
