Apartment holiday rentals in Rat Burana

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 3 months and loved every moment of it. First- the hosts are the best team of hosts I’ve ever had on here. Always kind, responsive and helpful. Second- the condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos, was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could think of needing (air fryer, hair dryer, etc.), and fantastic WiFi (500+ MBPS fiber) which made working remotely very easy. They even provide local snacks 🤤 I was here during the earthquake and the hosts communicated important information and the condo was safe and withstood the impact. The only negative I had here (this is beyond the hosts control) was being right by the pool often led to loud kids and guests every day between 4-7 PM. This made my pre work nap (I work US hours overnight) somewhat challenging. I recommend being ear plugs. That being said I will stay in this unit every time I visit Bangkok. A fantastic experience. One of the best places I’ve stayed in BKK. Lovely and cozy home with everything you need. Clean and tastefully decorated too. Check-in/out was easy and P was very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I definitely choose here again :)

My partner and I enjoyed using the Ice Cream House for our homebase while exploring Bangkok for our first time! The space itself was very spacious and clean, and anything we needed was within walking distance. We were very close to convenience stores, local eateries, boat piers and the train station! After many hot, busy days exploring, there was no better way to finish than with yummy ice cream and a cozy cool room! Thank you to the team for all the local recommendations and for making our stay as great as it was.

Peng was a great in communicating with every details.. place was exactly as described, we had such fun time staying there.. ❤️❤️

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

I highly recommend this area peaceful neighborhood, have 7/11 nearby and train station.

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

Stayed for 5 nights, perfect for a group. 2 toilets and very beautiful and spacious apartment . The facility had a gym and a sky infinity pool as well which made lazy days enjoyable. In terms of convenience, it is a 200m walk away from the train station which got us to many places throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again.

Host was very responsive to questions, before the trip and during the trip. The accommodation was nothing but exceptional. I left a pair of shorts in the apartment, which the host found after I had left. Host still made effort to contact me and i was able to receive the shorts back. Thank you so much for the stay.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

I really like Jane's apartment! The indoor environment is beautiful, with very good interior decoration, and it is comfortable with air conditioning and air purifier. The indoor independent washing machine with drying function is very convenient, which is really needed in the summer in Thailand. The daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are sufficient and easy to get. The location of the apartment is quite good, where is not far from Emsphere shopping mall.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy place. Everyone will agree that the benefits far outweigh the costs, especially for the price. Recommended.

The location was so close to the subway station, and the house was so clean that I didn't see a single bug. The pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!

Nice condo in soi 33 sukhumvit. Would return anytime.

Hosts were meticulous in their enquiries before allowing us to be accepted to stay. They were very prompt in their replies and will work within their means to ensure the stay was memorable. Location was right within walking distance to both BTS & MRT lines. The home is a good balance of near yet peaceful from the raucous nightlife.

Khun Pu was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her. The location was perfect just a min from the BTS and also a near by market. Will stay here again in the near future.

What a wonderful stay! The house was clean and tidy — spacious, yet it truly felt like home. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood, full of life during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. Kan was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job as a host. I only wish we had more time to live here. My family and I had a lovely week.
