Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ranelagh, Dublin

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was fantastic, just a convenient 45-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the attractions. Additionally, the neighborhood itself was vibrant, with numerous restaurants and pubs less than 10 minute walk away, adding to the overall convenience. The house itself was spotless and offered plenty of space. The owner went above and beyond by providing thoughtful little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. Owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located place to stay!

Fiona’s place was absolutely incredible. We all agreed that it was by far the best AirBnb that any of us have ever stayed at. The kitchen in particular was amazing, with every single utensil or condiment that you need. It felt like a home away from home. The host was also very accommodating and let us check in a little bit earlier on my birthday. Very grateful for this stay :)

Wonderful place. Lovely little courtyard out back. It was an easy walk to bus stops and a couple pubs nearby. Evelyn went out of her way to also supply a hair dryer that wasn't listed in the amenities. She left great instructions and a welcome bottle of wine. If we are ever in Dublin again we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your place, it was fantastic.

Ian was really nice and responsive. Allowed us to both check in early and check out late - we really appreciated it with our flight times. The place was exactly as pictured and felt very homey. It was spotless clean and perfect for us.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location and home were perfect. Very easy to walk where we wanted and easy parking for our rental. Trevor was quick to respond to any questions. The home was perfect. We hope to be back!!

This home is stunning and we found the location perfect for our 4 days getting around Dublin. Marie is so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this home and Marie as a fantastic host!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Dublin! The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of charm—exactly as pictured. The little touches like fresh linens, wine, chocolates and coffee made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Temple Bar, Trinity College, and great pubs and cafes, but tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It was the ideal base for exploring the city on foot. Our host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about local spots to visit. Check-in was a breeze, and everything we needed was clearly explained. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Dublin. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located stay in the city!

Hands down the best BnB I’ve ever stayed in Dublin. The house was absolutely stunning,so clean, and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Luke and Max were incredible hosts, so thoughtful and accommodating from start to finish. The chocolates left on the bed were such a lovely touch, we felt genuinely spoilt! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I stayed here twice already will continue to come back as long as Rory's place is available. It's a great location, quiet with easy access to buses, and Luas. Rory is a really good host and gets back to you quickly if needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Helen’s place was perfect for our family of five, with three kids ages 5, 9, and 12! It was in a great location across from Christchurch Cathedral and a nice walk from all the sites we visited, including Temple Bar, Trinity College, Grafton Street, the Guinness Storehouse, EPIC Museum/Jeanie Johnston, etc. The place was perfectly laid out for our family with its two bedrooms and good-sized living space and dining room table. In addition to the space and location being great, Helen was so lovely, helpful, and easy to work with! Half way through our stay our youngest broke something in the apartment and Helen was so sweet and understanding about it! :) I highly recommend booking Helen’s place!

The place was great! Close to local bars and a great park. Taxis were easy to get to city center! The shopping center was also convenient to get to. Lastly go to Ian’s Kitchen.

Marie’s place was lovely. The furniture was clearly new as it was even better than the pictures. Linens and towels are really clean and there’s plenty of them. Small details like adapters and bag scale were found there which was a nice touch. The kitchen had some drinks and food which was a nice gesture since we arrived late at night. One thing I wish was more clear is that the place is listed as “self-check in” however, there is a key that you need to collect from Marie in order to get in. I needed to make arrangements to collect it since our flights landed late at night. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable from check-in to check-out.

My stay in this apartment was exceptional. The accommodation was exactly as described and provided all the amenities promised. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear and helpful information. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe suburb with exceptional sea views. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Kevin was helpful and responded quickly. We'd hoped to drop bags early, but got even better, an early check-in, which was so, so helpful! The place was in a fantastic location. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The space was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and outfitted. Our family of 5 grown adults loved it. We would absolutely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mairead’s place. I brought my 73 year old dad to Ireland for his dream trip to find the land and the ruins of the cottage his great grandmother was born in. As recommended by Mairead I hired Dave Masterson to drive us around the country and he was spectacular. Elizabeth met us at the Airbnb and she was so kind and lovely to chat with about Dublin and other parts of Ireland. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was beautiful and we loved the two outdoor spaces. The location was perfect - within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, parks and museums (which are all free). The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. There is a bus stop close by to take the bus when wanting to go further away. We LOVED this Airbnb and hope we get to return one day.
