Holiday rentals with beach access in Rafina

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement en bord de mer. L'emplacement est idéal, à une minute à pied d'une plage naturelle, avec des rochers, loin des plages touristiques traditionnelles. Vue imprenable sur la mer, cadre paisible et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. L'appartement est bien aménagé et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Estaba buscando un lugar cerca del aeropuerto y justo es muy cerca, el lugar estaba muy bonito limpio y con muchas comodidades. Me encantó quedarme aqui. Excelente lugar lo recomiendo mucho.

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but once we arrived, we loved the location! We enjoyed a fantastic meal from a local Greek restaurant that even offered delivery or a driver to bring us back—such a nice touch, and the food was delicious. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, welcoming us with homemade peach marmalade and fresh bread—absolutely delicious! A wonderful example of true Greek hospitality. Also a very convenient location for the airport. I would stay here again!

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφος κήπος όπου απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας , ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε σαφείς οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων και εύκολη πρόσβαση εισόδου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Dimitris is an incredibly helpful host. Although we only stayed one night we had lots of questions because I did not realize that there was more than one port and ours, Piraeus, was about an hour's drive away. He went out of his way to check ferry schedules and be available for our late check in. The apartment is just as represented, very clean, comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Getting. Taxi to the airport was quick & easy as was the drive.

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

An excellent spot for a break or short stay close to nature and near the sea in Attiki. Will definitely come back!

We loved Maria’s place and would definitively recommend it to others. Maria’s mother Dora let us in on arrival and was very thorough and pleasant showing us around. Looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was clean and bright. The beach and many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. It’s on the main drag so it can get a bit loud but that’s the trade-off of being near everything. My only negative would be the stairs getting to the door, a little high and steep. We even added a couple of days to our stay we enjoyed it here so much. Thank you Maria and Dora, Anthony & Dimitrios

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Great little place where you can easily enjoy the beach and the local life. As well, very good resyaurants. Perfect for last night (s) before flying out of Athens.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα ανακαινισμένο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο πραγματικά με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Ο χώρος έχει στυλ και φαίνεται πως έχει διαμορφωθεί με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα. Διαθέτει μεγάλα, άνετα μπαλκόνια με θέα και γενικά, είναι από τα μέρη που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία είναι τρομερά εξυπηρετική, κοντά στο μετρό. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί, πολύ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί. Θα το ξανάπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Great cozy place for two couples. Nice balcony to hang around. Everything you need is in the house. 7 minutes walk from very nice beach and taverns

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Perfect stay! Spent one night here before a flight, it was walkable to the beach and restaurants/shops. Clean place, had everything you need and beautiful view out of the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!
