Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

My apartment is a small, attached house with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a village of 3600 inhabitants on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you can combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big cities offer. The oldest oak tree in Germany is in Erle. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our cozy Tiny House is located on the edge of a wonderfully preserved farm. Watch out the windows, like docks and deer scurry across the fields. The tiny house is surrounded by forest and wide meadows. You have the area around the flower meadow all to yourself. Apples, sunflowers, or wild herbs grow depending on the season. A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for stick bread are available. Neighborhood are great farm shops with local products.

It was a super nice weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to just escape everyday life and relax. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can only recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great Meet&Greet with the alpacas.

Ingrid and Ewald were great hosts. The apartment is really very nice, comfortable and well furnished. There was nothing missing. Highlights are the many small technical features 😄👍 (lighting, blinds)! The location is perfect for cycling or hiking. There were helpful documents in the apartment, for example, from the ADFC😎! The time was too short to explore everything, i.e. we would love to come back😁!

A great apartment with everything your heart desires. Flawlessly clean, very spacious and a good layout. Very quiet location and yet everything within walking distance. Christian is a great host and gives tips on shopping, restaurants and cafes. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Marl. Thank you.

I felt a little like in my own lock as I was alone in the house and had the choice of the bed and space in the large accommodation. It has everything you need and I'm a friend of old furniture , only my decorator heart could have started right away. Silk flowers should have gone out and had a 😉 little fun ! The place was optimal for me as I was close to a seminar and for my purposes it was perfect and definitely recommended . I didn't hear much from the surroundings, but it seemed quiet and yet central to me, as far as I could see on my way!

Because of a family celebration, we were looking for accommodation in Dorsten, which turned out to be difficult. Therefore, we were glad that we found the bungalow no. 9, which is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is very good and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Our Labrador dog also had plenty of space and room to run. Thank you for the good care.
