Holiday rentals in Racoș

We had a great 4 nights stay at Dan`s place. We loved the easy and fast communication with him and the clear instructions we received. The place has everything you need for a restful stay in the beautiful Romanian mountains (bbq, fire pit, a great swing, lounge chairs outside, overlooking the mountains). In terms of amenities we had everything we needed for cooking meals at home, the place is very clean and well maintained. The only small downside is the unpaved road of about 1km, but hopefully that will be also fixed in the future. We were with 4 adults and 1 year old baby and it was the perfect getaway in the area of Bran. There are a lot of activities available in the area, walks, hikes, visit to the castle, fortress, Dino park, Brasov etc so you will not get bored for sure.

Cabana in care am stat a fost perfecta pentru vacanta noastra. Este dotata cu tot ceea ce este nevoie, corespunde perfect descrierii: hamace, sezlonguri de lenevit la soare (daca este), o multime de flori in curte, loc de alergat pentru catelul nostru, lemne pentru soba cand e mai frig. Dar punctul cel mai important este ca te afli in mijlocul naturii, se aud continuu pasarile care canta si apa care curge la cateva minute in apropierea casei. Se pot face drumetii in zona, de-a lungul cursului raului Moasa (sau Moasa Sebesului), afluent al raului Sebes. Am prins si o zi usor ploioasa, dar chiar si asa, totul a fost plin de farmec. Nu am suferit din cauza semnalului slab la telefon, dimpotriva! Un loc in care te golesti de stresul orasului si te incarci cu frumusetea si linistea pe care natura salbatica le ofera. Marius este o gazda foarte amabila, a trecut sa ne salute si ne-a stat la dispozitie cu toate informatiile. Am primit un gem de zmeura foarte bun din fructe recoltate local.

5/5 O locatie perfectă pentru relaxare, liniște și tot ce îți dorești cel puțin pentru un mini concediu. Pozele prezentate sunt fix ce găsești fizic.

Amazing place right in the town center, very close to great restaurants and landmarks. The host was very friendly and responsive. The place looks amazing, is fully equipped, with a beautiful porch and a large garden. This is the perfect place if you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet location in the town.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout. The apartment is in a perfect location—right in the heart of Făgăraș, just a 1-minute walk from the main square full of terraces and cafes, yet still peaceful and quiet. The interior is stunning. You can tell how much heart and effort went into designing it—it truly feels like a home. The bathtub next to the bed is a unique and amazing touch that makes the space feel extra special. Făgăraș itself is a great base for exploring the area, with easy access to scenic spots like the Transfăgărășan, Bâlea Waterfall, and beautiful monasteries nearby. Can’t wait to return—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

Where to start? The cabin is just perfect. Cosy and very comfortable. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. Rasnov is gorgeous. There's a beautiful and incredibly friendly and affectionate cat that slept with me every night. Florin is super friendly, helpful and fun. And a bit of a superhero too, helping me out when I had a problem. I ended up staying on an extra night cause I didn't want to leave. I'm coming back very soon!!

We enjoyed the stay in Irina's house. It was a great place either to visit Siebenbürgen or to explore the nature and the rural life. There are no real restaurants nearby but in village is a little shop. The kitchen has everything which is needed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Internet worked really well and there was also the possibility to watch English spoken TV. If you'll stay longer there is also a laundry machine which could be used. Car can be parked safely on private place. Even if we do not speak any Romanian we could manage everything. Irina and Stefan know English very well. Thanks a lot Irina and Stefan for staying at your home.
