Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Hollybrook, a historic dairy farm, is an easy 2 hr drive from Sydney, and 1 hour from Newcastle. Cabin 1 is perfect for those with limited mobility. Close to major wedding venues: Redleaf, Woodhouse and Stonehurst, wineries and everything Hunter & local. Please note: We do not cater for children under 12, nor pets, at this time.

It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat. We don’t have WiFi.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Watagan View Guest House is located at the base of the Watagan Mountain Range overlooking rolling fields (1hr 40 mins from Sydney CBD). The famous Hunter Valley vineyards, top restaurants, cafes, golf courses, concert venues are on your doorstep being a 20min drive away. Wine tours (including private tours) can pick up/drop off to your door.

Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
