Nice apartment, good location, quiet and cozy. Andrea is an excellent host.

Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Our stay was very short but totally worth it. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and has a nice view from all the pieces with a nice terrace from where you can see the sea and some houses. Something very convenient is that it is at a walkable distance to go to the beach. The apartment was very clean and has good beds. Alejandra our hostess was very loving, all the time, giving all the necessary information so that we arrived without problems and giving additional information from the surroundings. We are already missing the apartment with that beautiful ocean view! Everything was perfect, very comfortable, spacious, bright, clean, in a wonderful environment, steps from the beautiful beach, and with access to a pool with panoramic sea. Returning as soon as possible!

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

A very good place to stay, totally recommended. The host responds quickly and everything is easily resolved if necessary. It is only necessary to renew pans, pots and check necessary kitchen utensils.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

The apartment is as seen in the photographs, it has everything you need and is also in a very good location next to a very nice viewpoint (Mirador Barón) has the supermarket literally next door and Carolina is very kind to solve doubts, I would again choose this accommodation without thinking about it in case of returning to Valparaiso.

Clara's apartment is just as described, it is comfortable, located in a beautiful complex that respects the architectural design of the city! On the other hand Clara is an excellent host, she always responded quickly and with quick, efficient and friendly communication. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant place, where you can feel at home. We definitely recommend this apartment, where you can get lost in the magical streets of Cerro Alegre, which makes it a space in one of the best locations in the city!

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.

Since we arrived, the concierges were kind and explained how the common areas and parking lots worked. The apartment was impeccable, however, we found it a little cold. It has a heating stove but it is not enough for the whole apartment because it is very spacious. In autumn-winter, it is advisable to bring something extra to keep you warm. Jose Manuel is an excellent host!!
