Impressive lake view with private beach & parking

Push the door open: “Wow, what a view!”. The apartment is atypical and offers an exceptional view of lake Annecy. Cross the road and you will find your feet in the water at the edge of the building's private beach. Can't get enough of the view! The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the center of Annecy. Please note: - The road can be noisy when there is traffic. One of the bedroom is on the road side. We advise to book the apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

Very good stay, in a clean, comfortable and good location apartment, a few minutes from the center of Annecy. Quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting after a day of hiking. Youness was responsive and welcoming. I recommend it without hesitating!

"TY COZ": small house between lakes and mountain

Armelle was very responsive and available before and during the stay. It went very well. We also had snow at Christmas!!! So necessarily Quintal was sublime 🥰🥰🥰 Accessible walking path at the bottom of the cul-de-sac for the dog. And the St Genix of the Collet bakery is still as good!

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Jorioz. Jeremy and Claudine have been very responsive. The house has an amazing view over lac d'Annecy and is within a short drive (5-10 min) from key points, walking distance to bakery and restaurant options. The garden and the house are great for families or group of friends. Away from crowded areas, with very beautiful surroundings, very close to lac d'Annecy, the house has been a perfect match for us
