Ronald was an amazing host, he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and safe

the property was beautiful unfortunately we used it for a funeral stay and was not able to use the amenities but the blessing was the entire family was able to stay at the property and they loved it. It was safe and she had comfortable we had a good night's rest after being up 16 hours definitely recommend it she was a great host.

We loved the house. Very tidy, good location and the host's service was excellent. The house has an excellent view of the Santa Maria and Santiaguito volcanoes. From there, with a little patience, you can see the activity of Santiaguito.

This is the second time I've stayed, this time with friends and everything went very well. The house is very well cared for and well maintained. Thank you for everything.

Everything is very clean, close to the hostels and easy access, the pool needs a little maintenance and garden areas but the apartment is very functional. There are many friendly cats and dogs.

Thanks to the hosts, the stay was pleasant and always very attentive to the needs and amenities needed. I would be back in another time.

This beautiful, comfortable and complete home exceeded our expectations. It had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and even extra details that stood out, such as coffee and tea, a washer/dryer, and a space to exercise. Excellent location near/walkable to the central park, municipal theater, shops, and variety of restaurants (among our favorites were: Taquería Tulum, El Sabor de la India, and of course Xelapan). My daughter and I visited Xela to study the K'iche' Mayan language and this house was ideal for taking classes in the morning in the living room, and going out to explore in the afternoon. We were very pleased. Friendly host and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is a one of a kind beautiful house. From the outside does not appear what’s inside. Nice place. Will definitely consider it for my next trip to Quetzaltenago. Get this place just to relax if you can.

we stayed at Brenda's for over a month, a large enough house provided privacy for each of us, the house is in a quiet part of the city, absolutely satisfying. complete satisfaction
