Houseboat holiday rentals in Quebec

Lyn and Peter were amazing hosts for our family of 4 (two adults plus two kids, ages 9&6.) Lyn greeted us at check-in, but gave us privacy after that, and was super quick to respond to texts on the rare occasion we had a question. The boathouse was as described with even more amenities than listed and more spacious and beautiful than the pictures could do justice. The place is immaculate with careful thought and detail into every little decoration and little touches (e.g. a basket in the bedroom with bug spray, package toothbrush, etc. for any forgotten items.) We felt completely at home in the boathouse and enjoyed the beautiful views from the upstairs deck and dock, where we spent the majority of our time. We all loved taking out the SUPs that were there for our use and it was a quick drive into town to visit Don’s Bakery (IYKYK), Splash Island, and the ski show on Tuesday night. Highly recommend the boathouse for your next Muskoka stay! Lyn’s hospitality is 10/10.

This is literally the perfect place to stay in Charlottetown! Within walking distance to anything you need including restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown. The space itself was cozy yet spacious. It was clean and comfortable and the highlight was the covered patio outside to watch the boats go by. We will definitely return!

What a delight! By strange happenstance, there were no guests in the other three cottages so we really had the whole cottage area all to ourselves. The beauty of Charlottetown was both at our door and within walking distance. Would happily stay here again.

The Floating Cottages on the Quay was a great place to stay! It is exactly as described, and was very clean and well furnished. Susan was superb to communicate with. She answered our messages promptly and her check-in process was extremely easy. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Really relaxing and cute stay. We enjoyed the hot tub alot and paddle boarding in the morning Bed was super confortable

Super logement! Tres paisible avec la nature, sur le bord de l’eau! Petit chalet très cozy. Parfait pour refaire le plein d’énergie! En plus, l’hote accepte nos compagnons à poil ! Merci sincèrement pour tout!

We enjoyed ourselves! Truly a unique experience and one we have already shared with many people encouraging them to check it out. Food/dining wasn’t crystal clear to us but there is an IGA 15m away and that was perfect. It may be specific to many Canadian Airbnbs but definitely be prepared to take care of a few things prior to your checkout and allow time for that. We look forward to planning a summer trip here and checking out the lovely lake!

La seule chose que j'aurais aimé, c'est d'avoir plus d'intimité par rapport au voisin.

Le petit chalet etait parfait. Nous y sommes aller au début du printemps donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse sur le toit, la porte du garage ouverte et du lac mais mise a part ça cetait vaiment super. Pour une petite sortir en couple c'est agreable et il y a même des petits jeux sur place pour s'amuser et apprendre a mieux se connaitre.

Very peaceful place, was awesome to stay right on the water out in nature. The houseboat was very clean and hosts were very nice. It is a small space but the experience is worth it. Highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay at the houseboat, especially with the two patios that were great to spend time on. It was very clean and easy to check into, although we had a little difficulty finding it at first due to construction in the area. It would have been great to be able to enjoy the beach or swim nearby but that was a drive away and the water was not advised to swim in.

they have lots of activities to do from e bikes, kayaking, fires and live music on certain days of the week. we will be back! thank you for having us!

Super séjour chez Nathalie c’est un endroit simple, ressourçant, paisible au cœur de la nature. Le kayak à disposition permet de découvrir la nature environnante. Petit bémol Il n’y a pas de point d’eau/sanitaires dans le logement. Les commodités sont situé à une vingtaine de mètres des berges et sont gérés par la municipalité. Nathalie est très réactive, à l’écoute des besoins et dans la volonté de faire évoluer le lieu. PS : N’hésitez pas à faire un tour à leur crémerie, ils font de super glaces savoureuses Je recommande

A Unique and Peaceful Getaway on the Water 🌊✨ We recently had the chance to stay at this incredible floating house, and it was truly one of the most unique experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and disconnect from the busy world. Waking up to the gentle rocking of the house and the sound of water and birds all around was something special. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with clear instructions. We really appreciated the fact that they want to preserve nature. The sunsets, moon and stars at nighttime from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and sipping tea in the morning while watching big fish swim by was pure bliss. It felt like we were part of nature, but with all the little comforts of home. Our host was also fantastic—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, I can't recommend this floating house enough.
