Very happy with this place. Above average value for the price range and location in Vietnam. Great for a small/medium sized group of friends.

It was a spacious and relaxing accommodation for 7 people to stay. It matched the photos, and I was able to walk to the beach, and it was very peaceful. However, the next door was under construction, so there was a little noise during the day, but it was usually out, so there was no inconvenience in living. Both the host and the housekeeper listened to my requests and were kind.

Very nice and supportive host; everything is sorted out in couple minutes of texting. Great location. I found couple nice restaurants nearby in Ho Sen street, around 5min by walk. Also easy to reach the center of the city. Recommended!

Worthwhile accommodation in a quiet location with very accommodating hosts. Hoan and his family picked up and even brought them to our next destination early in the morning. We were able to rent a scooter directly through them. The house is very modern equipped and it lacks nothing. Would definitely come back again :)

Beautifully decorated villa located in a quiet local area about 10 minutes walk to the main city of Hội An. Lots of cafes & local food around. Amenities are as listed & the pool was clean. Team Cam HC Villa Hoi An provided English speaking service & were very welcoming as they waited for us despite our late night check in. They helped bring our luggage upstairs to our room & assist with organising travel and activities during our stay in Hội An. If you are a last minute traveller, the team also provides various services. We chose to paid extra for the airport pick up & drop off, the coconut boat tour (including car pick up and drop off), tickets to Hội An Memory Show, Hội An Lantern boat ride & referred to a tailor shop. We found the service worth its value because we did not need to worry about tourist traps & could travel with ease. The team proved that they had better deals than other competition, are overly proactive, supportive, reliable & would check in for feedbacks.

Great place with lots of amenities. We enjoyed swimming, Karaoke & other games a lot.

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!

Mr. Kien is a great host with super good service. He guided his family to check in meticulously and also introduced places in Ha Long, so he was surprised. The house has a pretty chill view, clean and everything is as pictured, easy check-in Will be coming back again the next time.

on the last day of our stay, we ran out of fuel and were stranded in the middle of nowhere, just 30mins before our bus to Hanoi. The host saved us, picked is up and we made it just in time. She's the absolute best!

Visiting for a few days, we were able to enjoy this great airbnb. Everything is clean, as described, and smelled good. I would highly recommend it! For people who are used to doing everything on foot, the restaurants are a little far away but here everything is done by grab/scooter. Also, very nice responsiveness from our host. Thank you very much!

There is an invincible sea view on the balcony, very beautiful.

We were very well received by the host, she was very hospitable and attentive to every little thing. We felt very comfortable as soon as we arrived at the apartment. It was clean and smelled good in every corner of the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was everything a traveler needs after a tiring road trip. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a great view at sunrise and sunset, combining the sea with one of the seven wonders of the world. We just didn't know that the pool and jacuzzi were a seperate ticket, But the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the city very much and wish we could have stayed longer, next time we will definitely not change the place and the duration will be longer. We would like to thank the host very much and recommend anyone to book with her without any doubt in the smallest details, because everything that is in the pictures we found in reality.

We enjoyed our stay here. The cottage looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean. Check in was easy and Lam sent plenty of local recommendations. There is a very steep slope to get to the property and it is slightly off the beaten track but this meant it was very peaceful. It’s only 15 minutes to the sea and a perfect place to stay if you want to do a boat trip from Cat Ba.

Hosts always reply to guest messages very quickly. The house and facilities are full as described but I still want to be cleaned more thoroughly before checking in (many places still stick to dust🥲). But overall this business trip experience is very satisfied and the location is near my place to work, so it's ok.

This apartment is too beautiful corner, the 3 bedrooms are all Bay view, sea view, Bai Chay bridge view is too much.... Right in the center, surrounded by good food and drink shops… Generally this one is too cool

The apartment is spacious with an amazing view! The hostess showed her activity, attention and was always available to resolve situations, which went beyond lodging, such as our booking on the cruise to Halong Bay and the coach, which took us to our next destination. All our questions and needs were met quickly and efficiently. The apartment is very close to the local market, where we were able to shop and experience the daily lives of the residents.

Well, if you and your extended group of friends or family want to feel like movie stars this is the place for you !! What an epic house, it is the size of your very own hotel !! with a pool, lift, a roof top terrace an amazing coffee shop 30 seconds away you will feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and the location is great just a short walk down the hill into the restaurant area we were never short of things to do !! For the couple of questions we had our hosts were top notch, super fast to reply and totally went out of their way to help us out and gave us some great advice and recommendations. 100% would stay again and very disappointed we had to leave. The apartment is on the 21st floor with a view of Halong Bay. The view was amazing both day and night. It's also 2 minutes from Cho Dem market, so it was easy to pick up food in the morning or evening. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and we're a couple, so we had plenty of space, and with a well-equipped kitchen this felt like home. It's also not too far from Bai Chay beach and the beach on the other side of the lake (not sure what it's called). To top it off, when we were here, this west side of Halong was pretty deserted - even better. Bach is very nice, responsive, and was super helpful checking us in early. We stayed for 6 nights and would have stayed longer if we didn't already book the next place on our trip.
