Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Putrajaya

I stayed here for over a week and really loved this apartment. Perfect for me. Strong internet for working online & joining Zoom calls, very comfy bed, epic view & beautiful sunrises with the huge windows, strong hot shower, extremely clean, lots of natural light, and I LOVED having my own little balcony. The room is very quiet up on the 27th floor, you can’t even hear the street or city when the window is shut. The washing machine was great to have, and I cooked plenty of meals in the kitchen. I got great use out of the gym, sauna, and pool (the sauna was usually empty!). The neighborhood is Indian and has delicious inexpensive restaurants, markets, and anything you need to buy. Got around easily by foot or with a Grab car. The building had lots of security guards. Belinda, the host, was responsive and communicative. The only thing “missing” for me was a work desk, but I saw in the photos beforehand that there wasn’t one and just used the tiny coffee table to work from the floor :)

Very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities. Convenient to check in n check out with detailed instructions. Close to attractions. Darren and Gibson were superb. Very helpful and quickly response to any inquiries. Will definitely stay again

this is my third time staying here and its always gonna be my one and only opinion in cyberjaya because the host is so friendly and helpfull . and the house is clean also. will permanently repeat again !

I had a wonderful stay here from 12–15 June with my husband. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was very clean, the shower had strong water pressure, and both the linen and towels were fresh and spotless. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in KL!

地理位置较好，周遭打卡点距离都不是很远 51 楼的无边际泳池怕找很出片，可以直接看到双子塔 房间里有微波炉以及厨房用具，可以自己煮简餐，体验很好 入住及退房都是自助的，房东人很好 下次来玩还会再住的

clean and comfortable, towels were nice and fluffy. water filter available in the kitchen. washer and dryer easy to use. across the road from aeon mall so it's very convenient. the building itself has 24 hour services at ground floor like a clinic, eateries and laundromat.

It was a perfect place for us to stay. It was very central for us. It’s an apartment enough for the 2 of us. It was a very convenient place for us not only for shopping but for various eateries and grocery store. I’ll definitely book this place again if I do return to Malaysia. It’s definitely an apartment not for cooking, if you plan to cook. It has minimal utensils and pots. But no need to especially since there are abundant restaurants at Paradigm Mall. Kenneth was a very responsive host.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights (Fri to Sun). Pros - Place was easy to locate and had parking (5RM per entry). - Close to city centre. - Video tutorials on how to turn on the washing machine / how to park etc / which card to use throughout the building etc.. were provided by the hosts. - Hosts were also very responsive. - Great listing. - Place was clean and exactly like the photos. - View was breathtaking. - Internet was fast. - Laundry Washer and Dryer and liquid detergent were provided. - Proper sized wardrobe. - Toilet was clean and good sized, loved the rain shower head. - Bed was super comfy. - Aircon and fan were strong. Cons - Pool is usually crowded throughout the day, - Gym has very basic equipments, - Lifts can be rather slow (So if you have a Grab ride planned, do factor this waiting time in). - Wardrobe did not have hangers (not that we needed). Overall, Shen Jian and co were great hosts and we will definitely recommend it to others. 10/10 ⭐️

Its absolutely comfortable. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we ever visit Sunway Lagoon!

Amazing host and room! Everything was so clear, check in and check out process so smooth. We really appreciated how clean everything was and a very generic hotel room was made into an aesthetic and homely stay. Extra amenities like the washing machine were really appreciated. We stayed in the same hotel but with a different company after and it did not live up to this host, where check in was a hassle and everything was dirty, so if your staying in KLCC i very highly recommend this hotel with this host specifically. Pool and location are also great 😊

alhamdulillah. Owner baik sangat, cepat respond dan bagi no contact tempat makan (sangat memudahkan). Rumah cantik dan bersih sangat. Selesa untuk 4 orang. Siap ada biskut dan kopi. Lengkap dengan water dispenser. Kolam besar dan best untuk anak-anak. Dekat dengan splash mania. Overall memang terbaik. Terima kasih owner. Semoga murah rezeki.

security dia boleh tahan, betul2 jaga kselamatan. kalau nk grab food, mgkn grab hnya akan hntr sampai level 1 je, Dan awk duk tngkt 8, a bit hard utk yg ad kids mcm saya. kalau bleh acsees smpai pintu ok. area ni tak bnyak pilihan makann, jd kne keluar dr bangunan . This was my longest time staying in the Airbnb and this place was great, specially the scenic views from the large glass window. It was amazed me every day, I will miss it. The sparkling clean floors, which I liked so much. The water filter reduced my hassell, as I'm a always hydrant person. I watched some movies on Netflix. All the facilities were there, as described. Moreover, the host was a responsive person and she looked after me enough.

All of the building staff where really friendly and made me feel at home. The area is great, tons of restaurants. Have a look down the side streets on your left when walking to the mrt one road has lots of places. Also, on the other side of aeon over the road there are loads there too. Very easy to get in and out of the city using the mrt line about 2 minutes away depending if you catch the road traffic lights on green :). Host was really helpful. Swimming pool is massive, if you are into swimming lengths then you will be happy in there I reckon.
