We had a great stay. The apartment is very nice, bright, in a quiet residence and with a magnificent view of the Garonne from the terrace. It is well located just a few minutes' walk from Saint Pierre Square and the pedestrian streets that lead to the city center. Parking space is also a plus.

I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant time near the center with quiet and necessary shops nearby. Ugo and his co-hostess are attentive and offer a personal welcome. Many thanks.

I recommend Naima's apartment more than ever, which is a real haven of peace. I immediately felt at home in this nice, well-decorated apartment that brings serenity and peace. The small garden and terrace are a big plus, the apartment is in a new residence, very quiet and well wooded. It really feels like you're on vacation. Minimalist, spacious and bright apartment. The living room overlooks a bacon not overlooked, well oriented. Huge TV screen. Wifi works well. It's easy to find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance to the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away...great for unloading and recharging car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last minute, with my 2 small dogs, I thank him very much. I found the room matela a little hard for my liking. I enjoyed being able to stay until noon.

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Very good location. Carrefour market is within walking distance, as well as the center is only a few minutes away. Quiet. The stay with the baby and a pet is perfect in this accommodation.

Clear instructions for self access to the property and parking. Fast response if any need arises. Has a document with instructions, restaurant addresses... Always a few treats for hospitality as well as a few coffee pods. Always very clean, pleasant apartment with a large window that allows you to have a bright apartment.
