Super séjour ! La maison est très bien située, proche du centre-ville de Punta Cana. C’est parfait pour sortir (comme au Coco Bongo), faire des courses ou aller à la pharmacie. Elle est aussi à quelques minutes en voiture de l’aéroport. Le quartier est sécurisé avec des gardes à l’entrée 24h/24 qui vérifient chaque personne. Il y a aussi des caméras dehors pour plus de sécurité. La maison est propre, confortable et très bien équipée. Chaque chambre a la climatisation, les lits sont confortables et la piscine est super, surtout le soir avec les lumières colorées. On a tout ce qu’il faut : serviettes pour la douche et la piscine, savon, shampoing, séchoir à linge, défroisseur, sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort, eau filtrée, et des appareils de cuisine. On a pris Uber pour tous nos déplacements, c’était facile et pas cher. L’hôte est très gentil, répond vite et a donné plein de bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants, activités et endroits à visiter Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter!

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The private pool in the afternoons after a day of activities was like going into a spa. The area is very private and peaceful. Close to the marina and Api beach (best in Cap Cana). The Fishing Lodge has a lot of very good restaurants and renting the ATV or golf cart gets you closer to every spot. Obed and Mary where always attentive to our needs. We will stay again when we come back to Cap Cana.

The host was fantastic! The chef experience is very worth it. The catamaran experience that was arranged was the best time of our lives! There were 13 in our group. Carlos, our arranged driver was the best person we could have ever asked for! He made the whole experience that much sweeter for us, he is the best!

Carlos is a great host very attentive. The owner of the house Yvette is very friendly as well she left a list with suggestions on where to eat and had a personal driver on hand. a little FYI it is an additional cost per day to use the AC for the downstairs area. The rooms have their own personal AC units that kept us nice and cool. great location close to everything less than 5 mins from the airport. if i’m ever back in DR i will stay again, Thank you carlos & Yvette💕

This house was amazing! While the pictures are great, it is even better in person. The house is large and airy, with the house being open to the elements with the exception of the bedrooms (they are air conditioned!). The outdoor space was just perfect. So many different types of flowers and trees make the backyard like an oasis - with a perfect pool to view them from. Our two kids lived in the pool! We took advantage of having all our meals cooked in house and I would absolutely recommend it. All meals were delicious with lots of variety - breakfast was always our favorite with fresh pineapple juice each day! One thing to note about the area is the seaweed on the beaches. I know this is something that happens everywhere on the island, so just be aware that it will be an issue using the beach. We didn’t mind since there is so much else to do - a visit to Scape Park, the cenotes at the ecological park right in the resort and a private snorkel trip and visit to the natural pools. Such an amazing and relaxing week!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana. It’s in a safe neighborhood, with a great pool area, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Philipp was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just two things to note: Ubers sometimes go to the wrong gate (of which there are two) and the shower is tricky to get warm. But overall, it’s a very relaxing, well-maintained place we’d happily recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The property itself is gorgeous with a beautiful backyard. Felt even prettier in the rain! The highlight of the trip was the housekeeper Ana. Fantastic personality, extremely friendly, great cook and so so helpful at going above and beyond what we expected of her. Made us feel right at home. The concierge Ramon was always available to make sure all our requests were immediately taken care of. Property is within the La Cana community so not a lot is walkable. Recommend renting enough golf carts to get around. Clubhouse is beautiful as well, though the food is alright (not bad by any means). Golfers and their families are going to have a great time here. 5 starts all around and couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! We spent an incredible week there, and I can't say enough about our experience. Kasia, our host, was amazing. She took care of everything, from arranging excursions to handling airport transfers and even golf cart rentals. Her prompt responses to all our questions and requests made our stay even more enjoyable.Anthony and Marisol, the house staff, were perfect in every way. Chef Anthony prepared magnificent meals that made us never want to dine out; we enjoyed every bite! The house was kept spotless, with no detail overlooked.The villa itself was more than comfortable, and the grounds were stunningly beautiful. Overall, this was a memorable getaway that exceeded our expectations! Highly Recommend!!

Arianna is a great host. She put us in touch with the taxi, golf cart rental, made restaurant recommendations, private chef dinner. Her recommendations were all great. The villa was just like in the pictures. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and two kids. Any minor issues that we had were quickly resolved by Arianna or Mary. The location was great. We rented two golf carts which was all we needed to get around Cap Cana. The beach was a 3-4 minute ride. We loved the area so much. It was never really crowded even though we visited during New Years' week. We felt very safe the entire time. We would definitely be back and would not hesitate to come back to a place hosted by Arianna!

We had my sisters bachelorette trip here. The space was beautiful. The chef was amazing! The maid cleaned the rooms daily. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Highly recommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert Das Haus hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht – es war genauso charmant und stilvoll, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Besonders angenehm war die Großzügigkeit der Räume: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zuhause. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die geräumige Küche, die viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen bietet. Auch die Menschen vor Ort waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein beruhigendes Gefühl zu wissen, dass wir bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit Unterstützung bekommen hätten. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Haus in etwa 15 Minuten – nach einem Flug ein echter Pluspunkt. In etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, einige davon bieten sogar Lieferservice an. Der Supermarkt Unido ist nur acht Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt – ideal für größere Einkäufe. Die Strände der Umgebung sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar,

Marias place is exactly as pictured. The Villa was clean, organized, and spacious. It was exactly what my family and I pictured when we rented this place. The villa is close to supermarkets, activities, and beaches. I would absolutely return and stay here again!

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier duda. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space itself was stunning — from the thoughtful layout to the gorgeous furniture, everything was perfectly curated and felt like a luxurious home away from home. Our host Gabriella was incredibly communicative and attentive, anticipating our needs even before we had to ask. We felt completely safe throughout our stay thanks to the 24-hour security on-site. This experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are happy to give her five stars all the way. Highly recommended!

Rajesh was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond- I asked beforehand about bugs, and he went out to get us mozzy stuff which was a huge help with our small children. The house was lovely and the compound beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you so much. The club house is well worth a visit- it has a huge pool which is very quiet and has a bar with very reasonable drinks. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which are fantastic, especially the master, and there is another bedroom downstairs which would work for a teenager or single person but would be a bit tight for a couple and is too far from the other rooms for a small child. Would definitely recommend!

It was a fantastic experience—Mari was very responsive. The home is located in a great location near restaurants and a shopping center. I will stay there again.
